Mi Amiche

My wife and I hosted a family dinner here for our son’s HS graduation our daughter’s Confirmation. Having moved here from NY and having a lot of out of state guests come down here from NY, we wanted to make sure we chose an Italian restaurant that would not dissapoint. We reached out to Nick a few months ago, came into the restaurant and sampled a menu and then made the arrangements for the party. Nick and his staff were very accomodating and the food was amazing. We are very picky with where we eat when it comes to Italian food. Mi Amiche did not dissapoint. They really helped to make our special occassion a great experience. We highly recommend Mi Amiche for any event, big or small, or for just a casual date night dinner experience.

Ordered catering for a staff appreciation holiday event. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food. The owner was very patient and assisted me in choosing correct items based on a short list of allergies. He was also accommodating by working within strict budget.

Very disappointing experience. We waited approximately 30 minutes for service to begin, and only after I went to the front to ask for assistance. The restaurant was not busy at the time. The owner/manager was polite and offered a complimentary pre-packaged dessert, which was appreciated. However, we were extremely disappointed with the food quality. The meatballs at an Italian restaurant were clearly frozen and priced at $15, and the breadsticks also appeared to be frozen. My boyfriend ordered filet tips over ravioli but was served sirloin with a beef-stew-like consistency over undercooked ravioli. I ordered the Chicken Donna; while the presentation was appealing, the dish lacked flavor. The restaurant did remove my boyfriend’s meal from the bill, which was the appropriate response. That said, as someone who has worked in the hospitality industry for many years, I was disappointed that the owner/manager never directly addressed the concerns with us. This was our first visit and, unfortunately, will be our last. After reading other reviews and the restaurant’s responses, it is concerning how unprofessional the overall handling of feedback appears to be.

I must say that this restaurant has wonderful people who work for them. We were there for our 38th anniversary and they even gave us a free dessert which we did not accept that to happen. Our server Joelle Wetzel was a pleasure to take care of us. She gave us her opinion on what we chose for dinner and she was right. Our dinners were delicious. They gave us so much food that we ended up taking some of it home. This was the 2nd time we were there and definitely will be going again. Joelle thank you again for your wonderful service.

We had an amazing experience using Mi Amiche for our wedding catering! The food was absolutely delicious, and everyone kept complimenting the appetizers and dinner all night. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Nick was such a pleasure to work with—he was so accommodating, helpful, and made the entire process stress-free. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our special day. We are so grateful and would highly recommend Mi Amiche to anyone looking for incredible wedding catering!
