She is not only incredibly talented and knowledgeable, but also one of the kindest, sweetest, and most gentle people you could hope to meet. I have had my brows shaped and tinted as well as my eyelashes done by her, and the results are always beautiful. She takes her time, explains everything thoroughly, and makes sure you feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Her treatment room is immaculate, with relaxing music, a lovely scent, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes every visit feel like a little escape from the day. Elsa truly cares about her clients and it shows in every detail of her work. I recommend her 100% to anyone looking for exceptional service and outstanding results. Hannah is amazing! I walked out of the salon so happy with my haircut. She did exactly what I asked for and made sure every detail was perfect. Jaidyn was amazing! My highlight color and cut were perfect. Not to mention, I asked if they had any diet drinks and while processing my hair she went to the restaurant next door and bought me a Diet Coke!!! I have been a client for many years and Modern Salon has always exceeded my expectations! Shout out to Hannah B as well! She is a proven color expert!

She listened to exactly what I wanted and fix the mistake that the other stylist tried covering up, The other stylist messed up my hair, very bad and that is why I decided to try this place. I’ve been coming to this salon on and off for over 25 years and have been a loyal client consistently for the last 4–5 years. I typically see Val, whose schedule is understandably limited, so I occasionally alternate appointments with Brianna. This was my second appointment with her. First, I want to say that Brianna is very pleasant and kind personally. However, my experience during this visit left me feeling disappointed and honestly rushed through the entire appointment. I had a color service done, and afterward I do not believe my hair was properly washed, and I know for certain no conditioner was used. My hair was then blow dried without any heat protectant product applied, and I also was not offered any finishing products at the end of the service, no smoothing products, hairspray, or anything else you would generally expect from a salon at this price point. The overall experience felt very basic and hurried, which was disappointing considering the reputation and pricing of this salon. When clients are paying premium prices, they expect a higher level of care, attention to detail, and overall experience. I also completed the salon’s follow-up review that was sent directly to me after my appointment expressing my concerns, and no one has reached out to discuss the experience. At this point, I’m unfortunately starting to feel like I may need to look elsewhere for salon services after many years as a client.
