I had an amazing experience with My Windows & Doors LLC. Drew, the owner, went above and beyond for me over the course of 4+ months while I figured out exactly what I wanted. I was very specific, but he was incredibly patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. When I wanted a specialized European door that wasn’t part of his usual inventory, he actually went out of his way to connect with another supplier just to help me explore options. That level of effort is rare. Even though I ultimately sourced the doors separately through a personal connection, I specifically chose Drew and his team for the installation because of how much time and care he had already invested in helping me. And I’m so glad I did! His crew was fantastic. Professional, kind, and efficient. They completed everything in just two days and handled my European casement windows (which aren’t your standard install) with total confidence and precision. The final result turned out beautifully. As a real estate agent, I’ll absolutely be referring him to all of my clients going forward. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Drew and his team installed a back deck door that has a built in xl doggy door! The price was very reasonable and their service was impeccable! Our door frame is not level, so they took time to install it properly so we didn't have any gaps, like our previous door that came with the house. They cleaned up very well after they left, even blowing the sidewalk from all the dust that was created from fixing the door frame. His team was hard working and very professional! I will hire them again and I appreciate them and their hard work!

Drew and his team are awesome! Just replaced 10 windows for me and they look great. Drew was very responsive with timelines and ordering. Showed up when he said he would and finished, in my opinion, quickly with quality work. I will recommend Drew and Rene any day.

Drew and his employee’s including his awesome daughter Taylor did an awesome job on my Windows, gutters, 3 doors and my 3 in 1 sunroom and screen porch. Margaritaville as I call it😁.
