Very happy with end product. Switched to My New Floors after multiple issues with Lowe’s and Reliable services. Everyone at My New Floors was extremely helpful and efficient in completing the job Lowe’s could not seem to get finished.

Thanks to MyNewFloor, we have beautiful floors in our new home. Our consultant Carlo was a pleasure to work with. He answered all of our questions and was greatly knowledgeable about the product we decided to purchase. The installers did a great, thorough job and cleaned up after they were done. Overall we had a great experience with MyNewFloor and we would recommend them to anyone looking for a great floor at a reasonable price.

I lived out of state and just purchased my new home in Stanley NC. I had 2 bedrooms to switch over to hardwood. My realtor facilitated my contract with MyNewFloor and was onsite for the install. The staff communicated with both of us often and thoroughly. Installers arrive on time and did an excellent job installing the floors to match the rest of the house.

So happy with how our refinished floors came out! Rich and his team were super easy to work with; and would recommended them for hardwood refinishing.

Our new floors look beautiful! Carlo was great to show us samples and walk us through the process. On the days of installation, Thomas and his team were prompt, respectful, clean, thorough, fantastic overall! Our floors are awesome and I won’t hesitate to use them again in the future!
