Naomi Simon, MD - Mooresville Dermatology Center

Dr Simon is very caring and extremely thorough. This was my initial visit establishing myself as a new patient. She addressed all my concerns and was complete in her explanation of procedures she recommended. I felt confident in her assessments. Due to the high quality service the office is booked months in advance. The staff makes sure that you are given a follow up appointment so that you receive continued care to meet your needs. I was seen promptly and the time with the Doctor was not rushed.

The medical staff is excellent my problem is the communication between the office and us. We have received 3 separate letters that the office was unable to contact my husband about his recent biopsies. Why does this keep happening? We have a land line, 2 cell phones , an email address and they can’t get through to us. WHY?

Dr. Naomi Simon is the best!! She has a great personality, which serves her well while communicating with her patients. I used Dr. Simon for several years, then I moved. But after experiencing visits to other Dermatologists I returned to Dr. Simon, and although the commute is no fun, Dr. Simon is "worth" every mile of every trip for my appointments with her.... JUST GREAT!!

What a friendly, efficient and effective team at MD. I have never waited more than a couple minutes after checking in, in the exam room or checking out. Everyone is so nice and attentive. They have really thought through and follow through on their processes. The facility is clean and attractive. Signage is helpful and clear. No clutter. The docs are personable and detailed. Doors and computers have key card access so I'm certain safety and security of people and information is taken seriously.

The medical staff is amazing. We are extremely happy with the competence and bedside manner of the staff and doctors. Lost one star for the high prices of otc medications the sell after procedures. There is no pressure to buy but I find comparable products for significantly less from other sources. Other than that they are pretty close perfect. The trend of physicians offices to branch out into selling other products or services to increase their profits is understandable as insurance companies are decreasing or slow walking reimbursement to these offices. They are between a rock and a hard place.
