The reviews truly live up to the hype! During our vacation at Lake Norman, we decided to check out this doughnut shop, and if I had to sum it up in one word, it would be "spectacular." First, there's no drive-through, so you'll need to park and head inside, but the moment you see the gigantic doughnuts, you'll be thankful for those extra steps, it's definitely worth it. The doughnuts are incredibly light and airy; while a simple glazed one would be satisfying on its own, the eye-catching variety of flavors is too tempting to resist. You could easily share one doughnut between two people! Another highlight is the use of fresh fruit for toppings, and they fill your Boston cream or jelly doughnuts right in front of you with your chosen flavor. Sure, a chain doughnut shop with a drive-through is convenient for those rushed mornings when you need coffee and doughnuts, but this place offers a unique experience that you won’t want to miss. Take your time, savor the moment, and you’ll definitely be glad you did.

Omg these donuts are super pillowy soft and delicious! They are also served slightly warm which is interesting! I don’t know if I came right when they were made or their bakery case has a warmer but these are really good homemade and fresh donuts!

The best donuts in the area for sure. So airy and baked to perfection. The pinecone was a good place to start. Plain glazed pull apart donut but was so good. Tried the strawberry jelly and a frosted chocolate as well and both were fantastic. Can’t go wrong with any choice here.

I was looking for the perfect apple fritter. The size, cost, and texture of this fritter was amazing, but it lacked cinnamon and apple flavor. For me, it was bland. The cinnamon star donut was huge. Again, great texture, but the flavor was still lacking. No cinnamon punch. I would happily still come and try other donuts, but still searching for the perfect fritter.

The best donuts Ive ever had. I came across their fb post & decide to stop by the next time I was in the area. The donuts are light & fluffy. The toppings are just as fresh. The combination creates big flavor to rival the size of the donuts itself. And its more budget friendly compared to what you pay for cookies & cupcakes these days. The young lady that checked us out was knowledgeable, informative & kind. She made the experience more pleasurable. We'll be back for sure.
