NCA of the Carolinas, Inc

NCA of the Carolinas did a full gut renovation of our kitchen and master bathroom down to the dirt floor in our 93 yr old craftsman home. Hank did a great job listening to our wants and needs regarding style and design. The kitchen is a smaller space than we are accustomed to in previous homes but NCA made the most of our space using beautiful, well built, floor to ceiling cabinets. NCA also built a 12x24 four season room onto the back of the house. This involved demolition of another structure that was there and a complete construction. Our project manager, Micheal, was very attentive during the whole project and made sure all was done first class. Micheal facilitated the process meticulously. I knew we were in good hands. He was always available to take calls and questions and didn’t hesitate to accommodate when I would change my mind on something. He communicated well with all of the Sub- Contractors and all went smooth. The results of the project exceeded our expectations and we are very happy with NCA.

I just finished a kitchen renovation using NCA of the Carolinas. I cannot be happier. From start to finish, everyone was so helpful and communicated very well. I have never done a renovation before, so I was worried (especially after hearing some stories from my friends), but NCA of the Carolinas went above and beyond to make me and my husband comfortable every step of the way. Hank helped us initially and Jay was our project manager. Both of them were available by text immediately if we had any issues and if any of their contractors were late or had a problem, they let us know ASAP. Whenever there was an issue, they promptly fixed it (we only had a couple small snafus). Their prices were fair and reasonable. I will DEFINITELY be recommending them to my friends and family (and I already have). When I am ready for a bathroom renovation in a year or so, I will be calling them first. Highly recommend without reservations.

I had an unfinished attic space that I wanted to convert to a game room. NCA did an Amazing job. The Quality of work was amazing! I’m the kind of guy that wants to be “in the mix” on site, and they were quick to correct anything I didn’t agree with and make it to my liking. A great team! 10 out of 10!

Hank, Jay and the entire NCA of the Carolinas team will forever be family to us. After our house fire, not only did the NCA team ease our worries about renovation and reconstruction, they went to bat for us with our insurance company and used their expertise and experience to get what was needed to rebuild our home. They met deadlines, handled paperwork, went above and beyond with their time and materials and put our best interests first throughout the entire process. Our expectations were exceeded every step of the way. Our project manager, Jay, was organized, efficient, smart great to work with. The owner, Hank, worked directly with us throughout the process and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. I’m grateful through one of the most difficult times in our lives we made a choice with NCA that gave us complete trust in the rebuild of our family home.
