We had an awesome time here. Took my grandson bowling for the first time and he fell in love. They have a great snack bar and I say that lightly because the menu is way more than just a snack bar. We played pool and I love how they have the arcade games throughout multiple places. We will definitely go again!

This is the best bowling alley in a 100 mile radius, hands down. More like an entertainment complex. Besides the obvious, bowling, they have an arcade and they have a banquet room with a bar and a stage (there actually was a band setting up while we were leaving). Soon the miniature putt putt will be open next door. Plenty of hot food available as well. I was impressed. Too bad we live about 45 minutes away.

I visited Victory Lanes recently and had a mixed experience. The customer service was not great. The woman assisting us did not seem interested in helping. She was not outright rude, but she was dismissive, and that can come across the same way. It did not feel like she was just having an off day. It felt more like her general approach. One thing I did not like is that they advertise gaming features and rewards that are not even operational. These features are included in their Groupon specials, yet we were told they have not worked since the place opened. If something is not being used, it should not be advertised. Another downside is how the bowling system is managed. I prefer bowling alleys where you can control things like names, scoring, and bumpers directly at the lane. Here, you have to go back to the desk for everything. When you are bowling with children, especially when they are building confidence and want the bumpers turned on or off during play, it becomes inconvenient to keep walking back and forth just to make adjustments. That said, the food is genuinely very good. They actually have one of the better restaurant style food setups I have experienced in a bowling alley. Portions are decent, and the pizza in particular is delicious. Food wise, Victory definitely stands out compared to other bowling spots I have visited. They also have an arcade, which was cool and fairly decent. They could use more pool sticks. The facility itself is large, and there is plenty of parking, which is a plus. However, for a bowling alley this size, they really should have restrooms on both sides of the building, as walking across the facility can be inconvenient. Overall, I do think it is overpriced, but considering the location in Mooresville, that is somewhat expected. With better customer service, lane level controls, and more transparency about advertised features, this place could be much better. The food is definitely a strong point.

We loved spending our Sunday with Sherry and Shelby! Everything was clean and the whole staff was so great with my kids! It is so hard to find a center where my son can practice that both accommodates and encourages him in his skill development. Sherry recognized that little brothers had to tag along and came over to talk with them and got to know them, too. They haven’t stopped asking when can we go back and see our friends. Worth the drive from Charlotte, no doubt! We are excited about entering into our first doubles tournament this fall!

Our family actually visited this establishment July of last year. We are new to NC and learned about it thanks to Groupon. Place is huge and staff is very friendly. We bowled for a couple of hours and took a break for food. Their food was very good and they had a very nice selection. Once done eating we headed over to the arcade and played some games. We had a lot of fun and already look forward to our trip back.
