This office has changed my view on how health care should be! My family has been here for I believe 6 years. We were treated so well that it's going to be very difficult to find another match now that we have moved out of state. The process to get an appointment is great, and the doctors are phenomenal. Dr. Cody Homistek was our primary and there are not enough words to express how grateful we are to her. She has even caught things that a previous visit to the ER had missed. She is very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and beyond kind towards me, my husband and our 6 year old daughter. I'm sure my anxieties have been hard for her at times to cope with, but she never made me feel that way. Dr. Homistek is patient and a good listener to find the appropriate/important treatments. I wish we could take this practice with us! A huge thank you to everyone who works here. You will be greatly missed.

Besides what others have stated about long wait times, even when having an appointment and that they will turn you away if you are 10 minutes late when they will make you wait even when you are on time with no repercussions, beware of tricky billing practices. I have been a patient of this facility for over 20 years and have become extremely disappointed, frustrated with what appears to be Novant deceiving patients by slipping in charges for certain visits. Beware, for physicals specifically, if the doctor asks you any question about any past issues during the physical, they will charge you an office visit on top of the physical visit; in short, do not answer the question unless you want to be charged for an office visit (so much for "preventative" measures and actually caring for your patients). Also, if they push a piece of paper in front of you to fill out a mental health assessment, don't do it unless you expect to get charged for it (or want it or if that's the purpose for your visit, of course). Oh, and by the way, if you don't fill it out but the doctor then asks you how you are doing in that way during a physical exam, they will bill you for the mental health assessment anyway. Bottom line, sadly, don't answer any questions, just have your blood pressure, temp, vitals taken and get your bloodwork done if you don't want your insurance to be billed for anything other than a routine physical. Basically, it's not care for a patient but simply doing the basics for what a patient can't otherwise do themselves. Shame on Novant for such predatory billing practices. Wait till local news stations catch wind of this.

I saw Dr. Anthony for the first time, and he was awesome. The entire office was friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to using them for my primary care.

My mother’s appt time was such that we didn’t wait long to be taken back for her assessment. As always, the staff and Dr Bundy were awesome!

Very positive and important information, it's easy to understand and all questions were answered to my satisfaction. Great place and staff to get good health care. Thank you everyone.
