The facility does not have the necessary equipment to perform X-rays on individuals in wheelchairs. They provided the service while the patient was being supported by a family member and did not offer any protective equipment to that person.

I cannot speak highly enough about this practice. They are so thorough, knowledgeable and professional. Whether you’re calling to make an appointment or talking to a triage nurse. They make you feel heard and are so helpful. I am so thankful for Dr Clint Beaver and Donna Forsee PA-C. Once I started going to this practice and had such wonderful care. I had my husband, four children and both of my elderly parents start seeing them. My daughter pulled her one year-old from their pediatrician to start going to this practice as well. And over the years have built such a wonderful phenomenal rapport with them. I’ve never trusted two healthcare professionals like I do them. They truly are the best of the best!

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY. Unfortunately I arrived 10 minutes late coming from Salisbury due to this disgusting Mooresville traffic for a back to back appointment. I was scheduled for 2 ultrasounds which only take about 15-20 min each (I have had these routinely done at my previous healthcare provider). They blocked off 1:45 and 2:30- 45min for each, PLENTY enough time even being 10 min late. The front desk lady spent 15 minutes having to “ask” if I could still be seen. She comes back to tell me no because it’s now been 25 minutes into the appointment. I asked to speak to someone, she told me because I was more than 15 minutes late I would have to reschedule. NO I was NOT “more than” 15 minutes late at all, she wasted 15 minutes at the counter alone! She told me to go up to the 3rd floor and someone would talk to me there. The ultrasound tech came over, extremely rude and told me I would have to reschedule and could only be seen for one appointment and to “choose which one is more important”. I told her the front desk lady wasted 15 minutes just to send me up here, she literally said she “didn’t care” and that I would have to come back. How can you possibly be in healthcare and have that kind of attitude?? This woman has no bedside manner AT ALL. I asked to see a manager, 2 women walking by came in, had to explain to them what was going on…all this time WASTED when I could have just been seen! One of the women asked how long the ultrasounds would take, the rude tech said about an hour and that they “weren’t important” and need to reschedule. WOW, just WOW! I’m sorry, but because you don’t care about my health, I will be the judge as to what is important to me and what is not. It was VERY important as I potentially have a blood clot in my leg and have cancerous cells growing in my thyroid. I was in utter DISBELIEF at how disgustingly rude she was! No one cared to help and only kept repeating that I had to reschedule even though THEY wasted all that time. It was not inconveniencing any other appointment. I walked out of there in complete disgust and will not set one foot back in there again. Unfortunately it doesn’t matter how they treated me because they will continue to treat the next one like a number too and nothing is done about it. I hope this at least helps one patient to avoid coming here!

My primary care physician is the best I’ve ever had, and I have had several. She is an outstanding listener, a consummate professional, and she keeps open appointments in her daily calendar to be available to patients who need her to address an illness, not just an appointment. This is all too rare these days, despite being so obviously necessary. It speaks to the fact that she puts patient care above generating maximum revenue. She puts the ‘health’ back into healthcare.

Being transplants from the state of Maine and being seniors, we were concerned about finding a new doctor here in North Carolina. Our family referred us to their physician, Dr Elkins. We were not disappointed. She was everything we hoped for and more. Her office staff was professional and friendly. We would highly recommend this doctor and staff for your needs.
