I literally left my appointment thinking, "This is how every practice should be!" I am so impressed. The location was easy to get to with ample parking, the suite was very easy to find even though it is in a complex with lots of other offices, and I also liked that it was simple to navigate. As someone coming in for ankle issues...I really appreciate that I didn't need to wander around a bunch of hallways to find where I need to be, and the elevator was front and center! The facility seemed to be clean and current and I was also impressed with the ample staffing AND the friendliness, helpfulness, and organization of each of the staff I interacted with (front desk, nurse, doctor, and check out). They quickly took X-rays on site (convenient!) and I could tell the staff actually read my file, communicated, and examined my images beforehand, which again, I appreciate as that is not often the case. Doctor had a great bedside manner, thoroughly answered my questions, and all my appointment notes were uploaded online very quickly afterwards and with accuracy. I didn't spend a lot of time waiting around but also wasn't rushed out either. Also, another bonus, they were able to get me scheduled extremely quickly as a new patient which was awesome. Just all around, one of the best appointments I've ever had. I probably sound like Novant paid me to write this review, but I promise they did not. I just was honestly so impressed I had to do it. Team, y'all all doing something right! Thank you for a great experience!

I had an excellent experience at Dr. Kirby’s office. New X-rays were quickly taken of my knee at the office. Dr. Kirby reviewed the X-rays with me and explained what was going on. He approved a knee replacement for me and agreed it was the best way to proceed for me. His staff will call me to schedule the surgery and will be there for me if any questions arise. Many thanks.

Extremely well organized office visit with kind, compassionate and competent care from every member of the team. All staff included my daughter in the discussion of her care, and she was very proud to have been given a print out of her X-ray. Thanks for making this experience as painless as possible!

I was referred by my primary care physician to this office concerning a very painful shoulder. I saw Eric Chandley PA. My PT knew him well and assured me I was in good hands. Eric was straight to the point with my options concerning my shoulder pain. He had an X-ray taken which showed a good amount of arthritis in one area. He gave me my options either try a steroid injection or go straight to an MrI. I chose to try the injection. Eric was very confident and you could tell he had done quite a few of these injections. Explained the procedure and what exactly he was doing. It was over before I knew it! I would definitely recommend this office to anyone needing their services. My husband had shoulder surgery by the surgeon who does only shoulders in this office. . The surgery was very successful.
