10 Gold Stars. I found NuBlue by Google search. Cat W took my potential new customer cold call. She got my account profile set up quickly, followed up with an email, scheduled the technicians and I received detailed confirmation text messages. The crew arrived at the commercial property before I did. Derron B and Raul R reviewed the plan of attack with me and wasted no time trying to solve our storm drain blockage. Describing them as diligent and focused is an understatement. They used every piece of equipment available on their truck to try and get the 6 inch pipe flowing. We did not get the blockage cleared, but it’s not for lack of effort. I was with they every step of the way, I am completely satisfied with the outcome and I know they’ll be back to attack the problem from another angle tomorrow. They were organized, communicative and remained positive throughout this challenging project. I told them and I’ll tell you most contractors would’ve given up. I very rarely post to review, but these guys are genuine professionals and gentlemen, technical skill paired with customer service and a sense of urgency. I confidently recommend NuBlue because of these three team members.

Great communication. Called with an ETA so I had a better idea of arrival time. Great Service. We had him add a hose bib inside our garage since we live in a townhouse and there were no outside hookups or options to add so connected off our main waterline located in our garage so we could run a hose to where we need it.

Had them out twice for two different issues. John Dixon did a wonderful job helping identify an electrical issue with our newly installed dishwasher and Quade Attwood was out to help with our humidifier issue under the house. They both were very professional l, informative and knowledgeable and communication was top notch.

Even though I did not get work done, the technician Paul Glover was amazing. His honest insight and opinion saved me hundreds of thousands of dollars into a sinking ship. When I buy a new home I will definitely call this company again to inspect the home and forever to do any work needed. I am definitely recommending them to everyone I know for their hime needs. Great human being and great company for hiring people like him.

Paul and Raul were fantastic! We had a slight snafu with our kitchen sink that rendered it completely unusable. Paul and Raul quickly diagnosed the issue and got busy on a thorough repair. Extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. Great experience all around.
