Annie has been going to Pampered Pets Inn for over three years, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. She absolutely loves it here!! Every time we pull up, she’s so excited to run inside. The staff clearly care about the dogs and treat them like their own, which gives me so much peace of mind! One of Annie’s favorite parts is the pool!! She has the best time splashing around and getting her energy out. It’s such a great bonus and makes this place stand out! If you’re looking for a daycare where your dog will be happy, safe, and genuinely excited to go, this is it!! Highly recommend!

We always have a great experience with Pampered Pets. From the moment we drop Maui off, we feel at ease knowing he is in such caring and capable hands. We love the daily report cards with pictures—they give us peace of mind and make us feel connected while we are away. It's reassuring to see that he is happy and thriving. The staff is truly wonderful—kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. It means alot to be able to go on vacation and know that he is safe, well cared for, and having a great time.

We boarded our two dogs for a long weekend. This was our first time boarding so we were a little concerned with how our fur babies would do. The staff was very quick with check in responses. We were able to review daily post on social media and saw our little guy on a few photos. He looked so happy. We selected to have the spa service for the day of pickup. Well worth the money. Our fur babies were well cared for and slept great that night. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them for daycare and boarding services in the future.

I had to travel for an important business trip, and leaving my dog Alex behind was a huge worry for me. The team here took that worry completely away. From the very first moment, they treated Alex like family. They didn’t just “board” him — they got to know him. They even took the time to research and learn the specific Turkish words and commands he understands so he would feel comfortable, safe, and at home. This level of care is something I have never seen anywhere else. They kept me updated, were incredibly patient with all my questions, and made sure Alex stayed on his routine. Their communication, professionalism, and genuine love for animals shine through every step. Both of our boys are so excited every time my wife drops them off in the morning and when I pick them up in the afternoon they are ready to go home and crash after a day of fun play. Staff is always very nice and pleasant to work with.
