Pelican Pools and Design

We could not have had a better experience with a pool company. We interviewed 5 different places and no one came close to Pelican. It was a no brainer. That was confirmed through the process of designing the pool, along with the quality of work during the construction process. Jon and Jonathan were always on site, so helpful and communicative through the process. You can tell that they care deeply about each individual pool and customer. You are not going to find another company where you get to interact with the owners the way you get with Pelican. Ron Salpietra did the design work for us, and we cannot express enough how grateful we are for him. He truly listened to everything we said, and came forward with even better ideas for us. Throughout the construction the owners were always on site. We have had discussions with other people in our neighborhood who built pools, there is always negative things to say when construction, but I can honestly say we have only positive things to say about Pelican. Even they say if they could do it over again, they would use Pelican. We would never build with another pool company and we will refer everyone we know to Pelican.

From start to finish and even post install support, Pelican Pools will always be my go to pool company!!! From Michaels in depth rendering presentation, Johnathan’s boots on ground approach throughout the entire project, we always felt like the Pelican team was doing 110% to bring our backyard vision to life!! I will continue to refer these guys to my friend, family, and real estate clients for pool and spa needs! We look forward to the start of summer every year even more now thanks to Pelican!!

We couldn’t be happier with our pool, from designing with Sally, to the construction stage with Jonathan and John Jr. Any questions or concerns along the way were addressed. Everyone in the office we spoke with was friendly. We love the finished product!! Exactly what we wanted!! Justin was great with “pool school” and monthly service set up. We look forward to our first swim!!

This was my first major project in some time and the team at Pelican was amazing! Communication was always spot on and clear Job went smooth as silk! Could not be happier with the process and of course the end result. 12/17- can’t say enough about how great working with the team at Pelican has been. The guys did a phenomenal job on my pool. This is a new home build. Jonathan and Michael did a great job, working together. We had a tree fall from a storm, within the first six months of living, in our new home. They immediately came out and corrected the issues. Justin and his crew do a great job weekly, on the pool cleaning.
