Pelican Pools and Design

The pool has filled up , and honestly, I can’t stop looking at it , to see our long awaited project for real , we did shop around looking at many pool companies and fell in love with pelicans design and aesthetics of pool making ( who knew pools could be made so elegantly ) We met with Ron( our designer ) such a great guy, and it was wonderful working with him , thanks Ron , you have been with us from the design layout and helped pick the materials , Ron was so patient also while we tested some materials, he took it out for us in the sun , even put some water on some of the pieces so we could just feel the materials etc. we felt the customer service at pelican was so good , they made us feel so welcome , when you walk into pelican we just know your not walking into some basic shop , pelican made us feel valued and welcome , loved meeting Mr Jonathan ( owner and founder of pelican pools ) and his sons, his Son Michael, he helped us pick and finalize on some of these beautiful materials ,( and shared his ideas ) I think the trademark of pelican is the turf design ( you guys need to copyright that 😄😄) that is just my most favorite part of this pool , it speaks quiet luxury and looks so highly sophisticated, pelican pools in no way are just ordinary pools , we have already been getting compliments from our neighborhood, pelican thank you so much , please keep doing what you do , you think out of the box , will highly recommend pelican to my friends around here , we did have a very smooth process working with them, pelican really cares about what they deliver to us clients , and I appreciate you guys swapping out the turf tiles when you realized it was the wrong ones , that speaks volume about the ethics pelican pool follows. Hoping we continue this wonderful customer relationship with you guys 🥰

From start to finish and even post install support, Pelican Pools will always be my go to pool company!!! From Michaels in depth rendering presentation, Johnathan’s boots on ground approach throughout the entire project, we always felt like the Pelican team was doing 110% to bring our backyard vision to life!! I will continue to refer these guys to my friend, family, and real estate clients for pool and spa needs! We look forward to the start of summer every year even more now thanks to Pelican!!

This was my first major project in some time and the team at Pelican was amazing! Communication was always spot on and clear Job went smooth as silk! We could not have had a better experience with a pool company. We interviewed 5 different places and no one came close to Pelican. It was a no brainer. That was confirmed through the process of designing the pool, along with the quality of work during the construction process. Jon and Jonathan were always on site, so helpful and communicative through the process. You can tell that they care deeply about each individual pool and customer. You are not going to find another company where you get to interact with the owners the way you get with Pelican. Ron Salpietra did the design work for us, and we cannot express enough how grateful we are for him. He truly listened to everything we said, and came forward with even better ideas for us. Throughout the construction the owners were always on site. We have had discussions with other people in our neighborhood who built pools, there is always negative things to say when construction, but I can honestly say we have only positive things to say about Pelican. Even they say if they could do it over again, they would use Pelican. We would never build with another pool company and we will refer everyone we know to Pelican.

The guys did a phenomenal job on my pool. This is a new home build. Jonathan and Michael did a great job, working together. We had a tree fall from a storm, within the first six months of living, in our new home. They immediately came out and corrected the issues. Justin and his crew do a great job weekly, on the pool cleaning.
