We recently purchased replacement windows from Performance Windows, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The difference was immediate — we live on a busy street, and the noise reduction has been incredible. It’s so much quieter inside our home now. We’re also no longer heating and cooling the outdoors thanks to the poor fit of our old windows, which is such a relief. The installation team, led by Bill and Ben, was professional, courteous, and efficient. They completed the entire job in just one day and left everything clean and tidy. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. We are very happy with our new replacement windows and highly recommend Performance Windows!

My husband and I are absolutely thrilled with our new windows and sliding glass doors. We recommend Performance Windows wholeheartedly. The potential 12 week custom build of our windows took only 1 month from the day measurements were taken. From removal of old windows, installation of new and clean up and hauling away old was done in one day! What improvements this made to our 1973 home. It's quieter, warmer and the ease of opening the and closing each window and door is only surpassed by much improved views. Everyone we have dealt with are top notch. Much Thanks The Spencers

My Performance Windows were installed three weeks ago and I am very pleased. The windows are beautiful, have added curb appeal and value to my home, and have exceeded expectations! The whole process was seamless and easy. Kyle measured the Windows and followed up from installation and afterwards. The installer team of Tommy and Tom were great. Tommy showed up on time and explained the installation process and anticipated time frame. Shortly afterwards Tom showed up with delivery, the two tag teamed to install, they were done within four hours. The new windows have enhanced the look of my home! The previous windows were original windows over thirty years old. So glad I went with Performance Windows!

Our experience with performance windows was very satisfactory. I can’t say enough about Bill’s Installation team. They made sure my bay window was put back to its original design. Thy did an excellent job. Ther installers were very professional and experienced. Much appreciation to Kyle and Ricky sales reps for how easy they have made this process.

I own a two-story house that is now approaching 25 years old, and for some time I had wanted to replace its builder's grade windows. They were vinyl and could all still be opened and closed (some with effort), but were poorly designed—the screens were immovable and couldn't be removed for cleaning, for example, and though the bottom pane of the double-hung windows could be cleaned on both sides from inside the house, all the top panes were fixed and had to be cleaned from the outside. Many homeowners know that is not an easy DIY project on a two-story home. With help from Jaydon at Performance Windows (PW), whom I always found to be responsive and helpful, I decided to pull the trigger on full replacement; this meant all 19 windows in the house. PW sells thoughtfully engineered windows: 1) both panes of both double-hung and sliding windows can be cleaned from the inside. A second person to assist is helpful, but I've cleaned them once since installation and was able to manage it myself; 2) the screens fit tightly in their tracks, but easily slide out of the way if desired; 3) the locking mechanism is secure and easy to use, and they have a simple security feature that allows opening them a couple of inches for ventilation if desired, but which prevents them from being opened any further (meaning they can't be pried open from the outside when that feature is engaged); 4) my expectation is that they will also be more energy efficient than my previous windows, though I haven't had them long enough yet to determine the difference. My installation was atypical, I think, because while they were replacing the windows themselves, I asked them to replace all the exterior trim as well. I wanted to upgrade the original painted MDF trim (aka, junk)—some of which had been replaced in segments here and there by painters through the years due to rot—with PVC, which should be essentially permanent. I paid extra to have this done, but I believe it is worth it. There was initially an installation issue on some of this, but to their credit, they came back right away and worked with me to fix it to my satisfaction. Jaydon again showed his responsiveness through this follow-up. In summary, I'm happy with the result. Window replacement—especially when you're doing them all at once like I did—is not an insignificant project, so it pays to choose the right windows and the right installers. I'm happy with the company I chose, and recommend Performance Windows if you are considering the same.
