Playland Indoor Playground & Café

Took my grandson to Playland in Mooresville, and as always, he had a great time. He’s been there several times, and it’s consistently a fun experience for kids. The place is very clean and well-maintained, which I definitely appreciate. They also offer party spaces for birthdays and events, plus snacks and drinks, so it’s convenient if you’re planning to stay for a while. There is a cover charge to get in, but it’s worth it for the experience. Overall, it’s a great spot for kids to play and enjoy themselves. 10/10 recommend.

Unfortunately we went on a crazy busy day that schools were closed. It’s a very cute place so we may visit on a normal day. Coffee was good. Staff could have been a little bit more friendly considering it was our first time there (we were visiting from out of state). I wish they would lower their capacity as there was no room to sit, no cubbies for shoes, no tables to put my coffee down. I also know this isn’t the staff’s fault but so many kids had poopy diapers and at one point there was even poop on the floor right outside the ball pit. Definitely bring hand sanitizer and Lysol!

Great indoor playground! We’ve been here a few times and the staff is always so kind and helpful. It’s a very clean environment for the kids to play in, and the friendly atmosphere makes it a go-to spot for us. You do have to sign a waiver beforehand. You do get a small discount for your first visit. But I usually pay like $19 for two adult adults and one toddler. They also have drinks and snacks inside for you to purchase! Check them out!! 🩷

Very clean and so much fun! Had our 4 yo’s bday there. We didn’t have a huge party- only invited a few kids to play during the week and ordered waffles for everyone. The staff was still so accommodating and thoughtful. And the waffles were delicious!

We've been here more than once. But last time we ordered a hot dog from them and after about 20 minutes my child started vomiting, with these hot dogs.... Their employees took their time with me, one mom came up and said she called them, I cleaned it up myself, I just wanted a trash bag to throw the wipes in. The staff went and one started spraying chemistry everywhere, not even in the spot where my 2 year old threw up!!!! While everywhere there is food and drinks of other visitors!!! After they cleaned the floor, and a minute later a staff member came over and told us to leave the playground!!!!! We had an hour left, and they said my child might be cutting everyone off or she might be sick. I said that we would leave and let them give us a refund for the rest of the time. I had to explain myself to their director, who said that if the child had not burped, she would have gone home immediately. That would not embarrass other visitors, she would not be pleased that people would watch her children burping..... seriously????. Honestly, this whole situation makes me uncomfortable and I'm not coming to this place again. I went to the front desk and told you that I wanted a refund for the hour we didn't stay, and this is not your sign of good will!!!! I had to get on the phone with your director and explain why my child started throwing up! And why I want a refund Just make it easy!!! Next time when you kick customers out of playground return the money to the client silently! Do not need these conversations and explanations !
