Andrew was phenomenal! From when I first reached out to his visit today! He was very responsive and quick to reply, professional, and courteous. He made an appointment and kept me updated on his arrival being late and stuck in traffic. Once he arrived, he gave my husband and I a full service overview and literally trained us on how to take care of our pool. Unfortunately our last experience with a pool company was just a lot of lies and empty promises. But Andrew is the real deal. He will be a great resource, knowledgeable, and the kind of person you can trust to do business with!

Great service. On time and quick response. Got job done and was very professional. I would absolutely recommend their services. Addendum: Leak made worse by Tech. Also misrepresented his work. I am in the process of fixing his mess. I would NOT recommend this guy.

Andrew is the most thorough, professional pool service providers we've ever had in 20 years of pool ownership. He is attentive to detail, puts personal pride in the work he does and consistenly goes the extra distance to ensure his work is the best possible. When our electrical board malfunctioned, he contacted our pool builder to be sure he had all the corrrect information before proceeding, thus ensuring the transformer ordered was even needed, then installed it and made sure the original electrical surge would no longer be an issue. Another time he cleaned the salt cell system and educated us on how to best make sure all of our features worked harder so we didn't have to. He always responds quickly, arrives when he says he will and completes the job faster than estimated -- that's rare (we've built several houses and now two pools, and service contractors like this don't even really exist). Plus, he's HANDS DOWN one of the nicest humans on this planet, always smiling and our dog Simba loves him like he's his brother, screeches with joy whenever Andrew pulls up, which says everything I need to know about a person. Next up, we are adopting Andrew. He is exceptional. Don't hesitate to put all your trust in him.

Pool Sharks are great. They were able to diagnose an issue with a heater and fix it within 48 hours. Prompt and professional. Would recommend to anyone.
