The technician, Brandon, arrived within a couple of hours of my call. He took into consideration what I asked for, he was not pushy and seemed very honest with what was needed now vs. could wait. He took my response seriously and did not push an upsell. The work was done quickly and I plan on calling back for the upgrades in the near future. He was friendly and even replaced the pull string for free.

I had a garage door spring malfunction which prevented me from getting my car out of my garage. I contacted several garage door service companies and Precision was the only one that offered same day service. In fact, they headed to my home within one hour of calling for service. The technician did a great job of explaining the problems and repaired my garage door with new equipment in just a short time. I am very pleased with the service, the knowledgeable and polite technician and the quality of my new equipment.

Walker came today(same day) and miraculously fixed our garage door that I wrecked into. lol We were so impressed with his knowledge and kindness. It was fixed perfectly, we will never go elsewhere ever again! Thank you, Walker!! You are the best!!! :)

The technician came out and explained to us that water had gotten down into the keypad and it needed to be replaced. The keypad technician had it up and running within 15 minutes. Alexander was on time and very professional!
