Our experience with Premier Pools was absolutely amazing! As a customer, I felt very involved in the process to be able to get exactly what we wanted which made me confident we would love the outcome throughout the entire process! If you have the ability to work with Justin - I would highly recommend! He is very responsive and helps with anything you need along the way. He makes sure things get done in a timely manner and is a very cool guy - so enjoyable to work with all around! Our first touch point was with Ralph who helped us design our pool when we were told by previous companies getting a pool in our backyard with be nearly impossible. He came up with the perfect design for the space we have and what we were wanting out of a pool. We were really involved in the design process and it was thorough which I really appreciated. We love how it turned out and felt it was a smooth and enjoyable process along the way. Would do it all over again!

We were so happy with the experience we had with Premier Pools and Spas. We had a good feeling about them when we first met with Wes H who designed our backyard oasis. He was so knowledgeable and had great ideas. While he was with us through the whole process, he placed us in good hands with Wes the project manager. He was on top of everything from beginning to end. Their workers were pleasant and professional and did great quality work. The project turned out better than we imagined. They weren’t the cheapest but they were worth every cent. We would recommend them without reservation. Thank you to the whole team!

From start to finish our pool experience was wonderful. Craig was our initial contact with Premier Pools. He did a great design and walked us through the whole pool building process. Our construction manager was Justin, he was excellent. Craig and Justin worked great together making sure all of our questions were answered in a very timely manner. The communication from both Craig and Justin was better than could be expected. We are more than happy with our finished product.

From the moment we walked into the design center to the final inspection we were greeted by a friendly and courteous staff. We were made a priority throughout the entire process. Mackenzie sat with us on several occasions to design our pool, making each change with patience and a desire to make it perfect for us. Wes orchestrated the entire process, attending to every detail, and continues to follow up to make sure it meets our expectations. In the end, we were left with a breathtaking oasis.
