Communication throughout the project was excellent, timelines were clear, and every crew that came to the site worked with professionalism and pride in their craftsmanship. A special thank you to Mark, the owner, and Nick, our project manager, who both went above and beyond during the entire build. Mark clearly cares about the quality of the work and the experience of his customers, and Nick did an incredible job managing the day-to-day details of the project. Nick was always responsive, solution-oriented, and made sure everything stayed on track. Their leadership and attention to detail made a big difference. What impressed me most was the quality of the finished pool and the overall experience. The craftsmanship and final result exceeded our expectations and completely transformed our backyard. From day one, our experience with Premier Pools Charlotte East was outstanding! We immediately built a great relationship with our designer, Ralph, who took the time to ask detailed questions and made sure every one of our requests was met. Our project manager, Wesley, was equally fantastic—he kept the project on track, communicated clearly about each step of the process, and made everything run smoothly from start to finish. The entire Premier team worked seamlessly together, and every stage of the build stayed on schedule. Any time we had a question, someone was always available and happy to help. From the initial design to choosing colors and finally seeing the water fill our pool, the entire process was exciting and enjoyable. From start to finish our pool experience was wonderful. Craig was our initial contact with Premier Pools. He did a great design and walked us through the whole pool building process. Our construction manager was Justin, he was excellent. Craig and Justin worked great together making sure all of our questions were answered in a very timely manner. The communication from both Craig and Justin was better than could be expected. We are more than happy with our finished product.

Extremely happy with our new Premier Pool. Everything turned out even better than we hoped. The Premier Team of Ralph, Wesley, and Kayla were exceptional. From the custom designing and follow up with Ralph to Wesley (Project Mgr) managing every step with crews, and Kayla’s support on questions, documents, and communication…it was so smooth. To no surprise the pool was built exactly on time. Most of the crews even went above and beyond in protecting/shielding the house during construction as well as daily cleanup. We love it and HIGHLY recommend Premier Pools! Can’t wait for hot weather to return!

Premier Pools did a wonderful job with installing my dream pool for my home. Craig and Carlos are the best team to work with, they kept me informed throughout the process were always available for any concerns I had through the process. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to make the investment in adding a pool.
