PrimoPrint exceeded expectations on a digital logo design project. They were fast, extremely communicative, and the logo design process was lots of fun. Their designer Brent understood my style suggestions and nailed it right off the rip. I’m now working with them on more projects. Highly recommend!

I used Primo Print for new business cards. The quality is so much better than other companies that I have used in the past. I even had a designer there update the design a bit. I am really happy with the results, and it was super easy on my end.

Let me begin by saying I never take the time to write reviews but Primoprint is so far & above the competition and made my experience so positive I just had to.
My print project was quite large and complex, I wrote to several of the top printers and more obscure printers online and Primoprint was the ONLY one who took the time to read my email and reply with an understanding of what I was trying to do plus a quote (at a GREAT price).
This alone made me choose to work with them but their amazing support team stayed with me every. single. step. They answered questions I had about payment, shipping, printing, design, proof approvals, everything! They always replied quickly and thoroughly. I never felt like I was being funneled through a support system, it always felt like they were trying to genuinely understand my project and help me.
This all wouldnt mean much if the project was subpar but it turned out PERFECTLY. Every concern I had was put to rest and the final product, a massive 46 sets of unique printed cards were all beautiful, clear and of a consistent, high professional quality (which still blows my mind because the price was so good).
I will be working with Primoprint again and again and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs prints :)

I had been a customer for over four years and utilized this printer for multiple clients and print work. The work has been great up until I placed an order on 2.14.2024 for 500, 8.5" X 5.5" 24-page booklet for an upcoming event on the 2.29.2024. The order shipped to me on 2.21.2024. Upon receiving and opening the shipment, instead of receiving 500 24-page booklets, I received a 8-page booklets. I contacted Primoprint as soon as I found out. Unfortunately it was 1 pm on a Saturday. I left messages on their chat feature, phone, and email as well as putting in a quality control ticket online. When I did hear back from Primoprint's Quality Control on Monday morning, I was told they were looking into it, and it would take 1-2 days for their production team to review this "case". I explained I didn't have 1-2 days to wait for an
answer. These booklets were for a non-profit organization that was hosting an event on Thursday, less than 4 days away. Considering that it would have to ship and be in my hands before noon on Thursday, the timeline was very tight. Because, the booklet contained sponsored advertisements, my client needed the booklets or their advertisers could have demanded their money back. I explained all of these details in several conversations via email and on the phone. I said if they couldn't do it, I needed time to find another printer to handle a rush printing of 500 24-page booklets. Throughout the day, I heard from several different Primoprint employees including the COO, that it was being reviewed by the production team and that Primoprint issued a refund for the printing charge and shipping for the incorrect booklets. However, I did not receive not an answer about printing the correct order, the 24-page booklets. So, at 1 pm I started to look for a new printer. When I did find a printer that could do the rush job, I had to give them an answer by 3:30 so they could order the paper to run the job. I gave them the artwork and confirmed they had the job at 3:30 pm. At four o'clock Primoprint finally got back to me to say the production team could print the job. My response was that I found another printer. My disappointment was clear, after being a long term customer that they weren't able to give me an answer earlier in the day knowing that the error was on their part and the booklet was extremely time sensitive.
