Primrose School of Lake Norman

My experience with Primrose School of Lake Norman left me with serious concerns. While many online reviews paint an overwhelmingly positive picture, I did not find that they reflected my personal experience with the center. The glowing reviews made me expect a level of professionalism, communication, and inclusivity that I did not consistently observe. One concern I had was the apparent lack of diversity among the staff. In a community that includes families from many different backgrounds, I believe children benefit from seeing diversity represented in the adults who teach and care for them. As a parent, I would have liked to see a stronger commitment to creating an environment that visibly reflects the broader community. I also felt there were issues with professionalism and overall culture within the center. The environment did not always inspire confidence, and there were times when I questioned whether the standards being promoted publicly matched what I observed firsthand. Parents deserve transparency when choosing childcare. I encourage anyone considering this center to schedule multiple visits, ask detailed questions, observe classroom interactions closely, and make their own assessment based on what they see rather than relying solely on online reviews. This review reflects my personal opinion and experience.

Communication from leadership and teacher are top notch. The private kindergarten curriculum is excellent as well and due to the testing the children do you can see the score improvements in real life time. I would highly recommend Primrose School at Lake Norman to anyone who wants their child to put in an environment to become successful.

Primrose has been the most amazing and wonderful facility. We love all the staff and have really enjoyed our son being there. He begs to go every single day and never wants to miss. I highly recommend the private kindergarten class as well. The curriculum and communication is unmatched.

We have been using Primrose for our child care needs since we moved in 2016, and it has been wonderful. Our kids have loved every teacher they have had. Not only have my children loved who is taking care of them but they have learned so much! Primrose is a great school and you can feel confident your children are learning and well cared for while you are working.

I cannot say enough good things about Primrose!! We have have had such a wonderful experience here and highly recommend them. Ms Shauna and Ms Liz are INCREDIBLE and I will forever be grateful for the love and care they show each child in their class. Prior to Primrose my daughter went to another daycare for almost 1 year and cried literally every single day. Not at Primrose! She looks forward to going to school and pushes me out the door with a smile on her face each morning :)
