Inside is neat and clean. Shelves are fully stocked and there are lots of employees around to ensure everything is running smoothly. Very friendly and easy to find what I came in for. Best store around

I had a frustrating experience at Publix recently. I was purchasing 18 cans of formula for my twin girls, and while I understand it was close to closing time, the way the situation was handled felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. While I was in line, the cashier kept glancing at me, which already made me feel uneasy. I did not get his name, but he appeared to be a young employee, likely in his late teens or early 20s and wearing glasses. When it was my turn, he asked how many cans I had and told me not to even bother putting them on the counter. He then asked why I needed that many, and after I explained I have twin girls, he proceeded to comment—out loud, in front of another employee and a customer—about how “crazy” it was that WIC covered it. That felt inappropriate and unnecessarily personal. A customer’s payment method or circumstances shouldn’t be discussed publicly like that. On top of that, I was asked if I wanted my items bagged, and I ended up just taking the bags to handle it myself at my car. It was surprising that no one thought to bag or assist with such a large and expensive purchase—especially something essential like infant formula. I shop at Publix because I expect a certain level of professionalism and courtesy, and this experience didn’t meet that standard. I’m simply trying to provide for my children, and situations like this shouldn’t come with added judgment or discomfort.

Great supermarket! Great staff! Thanks to you guys my birthday was extra special this year. I got your email wishing me a happy birthday and to come on in for a free treat. I absolutely did and when it came to bakery items, I expected something personal just for me. I was actually to pick from a pretty large/decent sized cake in my opinion. We are a family of 5 and it was enough for us. It was also delicious! Thank you very much!

This store is a disappointment! A lady came there today with a flyer of a missing child and asked if Publix would post it where people could see. The manager refused to do so. That is disgusting! I surely hope any of yall don’t lose a child in any way! This is horrible behavior and yall should be ashamed!! I will not be stepping foot in this publix again! The community is what matters and it seems like yall don’t care about anything but making money. Sickening to be honest!

the meat department is on point. overall the selections are great and variety is top notch. blows other grocery store chains in the area away!
