Best Publix in the County — Hands Down! 🛒🥪🍣
This brand new Publix location is absolutely the nicest in the area! Everything is spotless, super well-stocked, and thoughtfully laid out. The upstairs seating area is a huge bonus — clean, spacious, and actually aesthetic.
💚 Special shoutout to the guy cranking out those subs in the deli — you’re the real MVP! Even with a long line, he kept things moving and delivered a perfect sandwich.
That said, the deli team seemed a little overwhelmed — a few mix-ups happened during ordering, likely due to the line stacking up. Nothing major, just some minor confusion. I imagine with a bit more time and training, that team will be running like a well-oiled machine.
✅ Tons of self-checkout options
✅ Everything neatly organized and fully stocked
✅ Friendly staff throughout the store
✅ And bonus: I grabbed sushi from the noodle spot next door and it was honestly better than restaurant sushi — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully packaged.
This place is definitely worth the drive, even if you don’t live nearby. A+ experience all around!

This is the amount of meat they charge you $10 for a whole ultimate sub. Roast beef and turkey barely cover half the sub. I was told they would need to be cut thinner to achieve what I wanted. I understand why the store is so nice.. they make a killing selling you meat you can almost see through.

This Publix offers very good friendly service in general but is overpriced. I Iike the sushi bar very much. They offer delicious sushi, and the person making them is super friendly and very eager to please. He always asks if I am looking for something not on display, etc. The deli and the prepared food section to the right of the sushi bar on the other hand seem always terribly short staffed. I have to wait until someone notices I need help, or I have to go around to get someone's attention. Also, last time I was there, an employee asked me what I needed and took my order(slice one order of deli meat). Instead of waiting there I walked away to do some other shopping. When I returned my order wasn't ready, and another person had to make it while the one who initially took my order was standing there. ???? UNACCEPTABLE!

Very disappointed in Publix right now. During my recent visit, my mom was ordering a sandwich at the deli — she’s a hardworking mother of many children who constantly juggles feeding her family and managing a big household on her own. While she was ordering, I witnessed an elderly Black woman working at the deli silently mouthing things back and forth with a white woman named Ronni who works at customer service. It was clear they were talking about my mom and mocking her for taking “too long.”
What made it worse is that Ronni had already made me uncomfortable the moment we walked in by staring at us excessively, which unfortunately seems to happen every time I see her there.
Publix prides itself on kindness, patience, and creating a welcoming shopping experience. Unfortunately, this interaction was the complete opposite. Watching two employees gossip about a customer behind her back was unprofessional, disrespectful, and incredibly disappointing. I do not want anyone to lose their job, but I do hope this situation is addressed properly so it doesn’t happen again — to my family or anyone else.
I truly hope Publix takes this feedback seriously and reinforces the values of respect and kindness that customers expect when they walk through the doors.

Multiple times the Publix deli has let me down.
This time there WAS actually someone there after 8:00 which was already a shock and after waiting in line for 10 min the woman just told me she was out of meats and couldn't make the sandwich I wanted, and she said it with such disgust toward me that I DARE ask her to do her job.
Usually no one even here after 7:30 and always out of soups or sandwich makings after the early dinner rush with clearly no intent on preparing anything as late as they're actually open.
If you can get there for lunch it's fine but don't even think about trying to get a sandwich after 7:30 or they treat you like the scum of the Earth and don't even have the ingredients to make them.
