Publix Super Market at Magnolia Plaza

This Publix is always clean & organized. I took plenty of pics to show you what they offer. Because we aren’t usually on this side of town—we usually visit for some picnic eats right before going to the nearby parks. Sushi lovers! Did you know they have 5 Dollar sushi on Wednesdays? Enjoyed stepping into this nice and clean – I suspect: Brand New Publix store in Cornelius. Store is packed with an array of items. Fruits/Vegetables were extremely colorful and fresh. I was shopping on Thanksgiving Eve. Lots of staff in the store and they make themselves visible and available to help customers. This was rather refreshing. Prices are what you expect. They sell quality items and they have a nice selection of North Carolina items. That’s pretty cool! Why do I keep coming back to Publix? I really like their Bakery; - I like their rolls and breads. Don’t ask me why? Shop smart – they have lots of Buy 1 – Get 1 Free deals available to you. Parking lot was a bit small for a store this size. Didn’t have any issues getting in and out however. I suspect this could be an issue as this beautiful area blossoms. Store is lovely. Let’s just see if they can maintain its beauty?

Publix is known for their customer service. This was disappointing. At the Pub Sub station, on lady dominated for a lot of orders for her family. Totally cool. But the other employees behind the Pub Sub line that could allow me to at least order. But they were more interested in cleaning. Which I get. The company rep is customer service I’ve seen it recently at the Publix on Rose Commonsn

Self Check-out staff needs some work. If you are not comfortable with the amount of groceries we have in hand, actually talk to us like a human being and ask us to go into a check-out line. You stand real close to us and acknowledge us when we're scanning our groceries, and then ignore us as soon as we pay. What happened to 'Have a good night '

I love how close and convenient Publix is to home. The store is always clean, well-stocked, and the employees are friendly and helpful. It’s so nice to have a place nearby where I can quickly grab what I need without any hassle. Truly makes everyday shopping easier! 🛒✨
