Publix Super Market at Market Square

Best place to buy that hard to find item, freshest produce, and highest quality floral arrangements. The deli and bakery are well-known for their offerings and there is a big selection for those with special dietary needs (gluten free, organic, etc). Publix is also great to its employees which is why everyone always seems to have a smile on their face. If you're disappointed with anything, let the manager know and they'll happily do what they can. Honestly can't say enough good things.

Awesome staff! Always a great place to buy grocery and get lunches! But one day they just went above and beyond when I messed up my order and sorted it out quickly and professionally all while having a smile! Such great folks!

I usually eat at this Publix and get a salad bowl with chicken every other Friday when I work at Novant. But last Friday I got a meal the lady didn’t understand what I was asking I guess she was new and I am a patient individual so I explained and she went in the back for something looking for proper that they ran out. I usually get my dressing on the side but this ride lady maybe a little supervisor in deli said they don’t have tops so I had to pay for the small cups. Okay bad service but I purchased ranch. Later that day I had FOOD PISON!!! I will never shop at this Publix I will stick to Publix on Randolph road.

I am not sure the name of the girl that was working in the bakery this past Saturday night, January 10th around 6 PM, but I need to give her a big shout out!! We had a party with 25 kids coming for my daughter’s 18th birthday. We picked up the cake we ordered from Publix around 2 PM and set it on the counter. Our new puppy decided to eat part of it while we were tiny looking. My daughter went back to Publix around 5:30 pm in tears and the very sweet girl (who I was told has not worked there long) made us the SAME 7 layer cake within an hour. I wish we got her name to thank her personally!! Publix always has the best customer service and saved my daughter’s special day.

The bakery and produce departments did a phenomenal job in making a cake and putting a balloon arrangement together for me. The cake was perfectly decorated and very fresh, and the balloon arrangement was done exactly as ordered- we got so many compliments! Thank you!
