PuroClean of Lake Norman

Working with PuroClean was a great experience. We had a baptismal overflow at our church. I called PuroClean and they came out right away. It was an after hours call so I wasn’t sure what the turnaround time would be like. But they arrived in under an hour. They were great to work with. They definitely went above and beyond to ensure that our building was taken care of!

We had a dishwasher leak that caused damage to our subfloor, and we called Bruce at Puroclean for help. From the start, his communication and guidance exceeded our expectations. Bruce quickly arranged for a technician, Len, to come out the very next day. They were incredibly flexible with scheduling and even coordinated the remediation work to take place while we were away on vacation. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free, and we felt confident that the problem was being handled properly. We highly recommend Bruce and his team at Puroclean to anyone dealing with water or mold issues. They made a potentially overwhelming situation much easier to manage!

We found out we had a mold problem in our home, and needed to get it remediated ASAP. I would absolutely recommend PuroClean for anyone in need of damage remediation. Speaking with Bruce to setup an appointment was easy and I was able to get on their schedule in a reasonable amount of time. Len and Milen came out to assess my house, and were very thorough and then gave me a clear understanding of their process as well as the timelines for our mold remediation. I was very happy with now knowledgeable they were. When we scheduled the remediation, Len and Milen arrived on time and started right away. Throughout the process, they were both amazing, communicated everything well and kept me updated on how things were going. One of the things I was most pleased with was the care for us as a customer. With remediation, the estimate can change (obviously if they find more damage than we thought, they would need to address that), so they were clear about that upfront. But to speak with Len and Milen when things were not as bad in one section, and how overall it would not be taking as long as they thought, they would be able to adjust the estimate down. I'm sure many other companies would "find" something else to justify spending more time, but Len and Milen were honest, and our final bill ended being lower than the estimate. The work done was top notch. From the owner to the techs, everyone was professional and kind. They were always responsive (I never had to keep calling or emailing to get a hold of someone) And throughout the whole process, I didn't feel like a number, I felt like a customer. 10/10, I'd recommend PuroClean any day of the week.
