⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great experience with RamJack Charlotte. From start to finish, the process was professional and well-communicated. Tyler especially stood out — he clearly knows his job and took the time to explain everything in detail, which gave us a lot of confidence in the work being done. It’s obvious he’s experienced and takes pride in doing things the right way. If you’re dealing with foundation or structural concerns, I would absolutely recommend RamJack Charlotte and ask for Tyler.

My house was showing signs of settling. A friend who knew Tyler Kissel recommended I call him for an opinion. Tyler came right out and walked around the outside and inside of the house, and explained everything he was seeing and what the causes and solutions might be. He answered all my (many) questions and gave me an estimate for 8 helical piers along one side and 2 corners of the foundation plus recommendations for things I can do about grading and gutter extensions to prevent problems on the other sides of the house. Tyler stayed in touch throughout the process, answering questions, working with me on my time-line and answering texts within just a few minutes. The team that did the installation came up from Atlanta to NC. They were professional and courteous. The team supervisor explained everything they were doing step by step to sink the piers and raise the foundation. It really is an art and a science. They obviously know what they're doing and work well together. The repointing is scheduled for next week so I can't comment on that yet. I do want to thank Tyler for doing everything possible to make this as affordable and painless as possible. In the end I would say this was the right solution at the best possible price and by the best people. I wholeheartedly recommend Tyler and his team at RamJack.

Scott Hannah came out to my house after Helene and surveyed the damage to our foundation and gave excellent advice. He was very attentive to all my questions and helpful and knowledgeable, and he gave a very fair price. After several months of deliberation, we have decided to postpone the work, but I would definitely reach back out to Ram Jack in the future for this work because the price and service were excellent thus far.

An oak tree growing too close to my Dad's house began cracking the basement wall back in the early eighties. I dug it out by hand in 1986, then Pop and I used old road equipment blades and 4"x6"'s to keep it from caving in but it had became worse with time. My brother Mike held up a level to show how much it had bucked in. I could have never slept here out of concern I might wake up in the basement.. After Tyler and his crew got done, I look forward to moving in.
