Redline Detailing

I am very disappointed with Redline Detailing. Upon picking up my Mini Cooper Roadster the tint job on my 3 windows looked good. After looking at it closer once I was washing the car I noticed the passenger window was peeling, jagged edges and bubbles, I also noticed bubbles in the back glass tint. I sent pictures to Jacob told him about my concerns, he agreed and said he would send the message thread to his installer and it would be fixed ASAP I hate to say. I have never heard back from anyone at Redline. It had been more than a week., I feel I should not have to repeat calling to get this resolved. 2 out of 3 windows had problems and I feel I paid a good price expecting good results and customer service. Please make sure to carefully inspect the services you receive.

I had an amazing experience with Redline from start to finish. They did a full ceramic coating on my car, and the results were absolutely flawless—the paint looks deeper, glossier, and better than when I first got it. The attention to detail is on another level. What really sets them apart is the ongoing care. They bring me in every two weeks for maintenance details, and my car literally stays looking brand new all the time. That level of consistency and commitment is hard to find. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in their work. You can tell they treat every vehicle like it’s their own. If you’re looking for top-tier detailing or ceramic coating, I highly recommend Redline. Easily a 5-star experience every time.

Poor communication, poor customer service, and absolutely terrible outcome. Not only did I receive an unacceptable defective tint job, with adhesive smudges and swirls underneath, large scratches and creases, and gaps and tears, they tried gaslighting me into believe it was acceptable because “No tint job is perfect.” To make matters worse, they didn’t take proper precautions during installation, and I now have visible water damage in all four corners of the headliner of my expensive vehicle. The owner Jacob just denies and deflects all responsibility after first owning up to all of it in writing via text. And he refused to give his liability insurance. It’s an amateur shop posing as a legitimate business. I doubt the positive reviews are legitimate. The kid is unruly to work with. They use Facebook ads and a legitimate looking website to fool consumers. Don’t fall for it, learn from my misfortune. It’s going to cost thousands to replace the headliner, and that’s if there isn’t additional water damage found. One final thing, he wouldn’t make it right, initially offered to have another shop fix it, then changed his mind when I tried to coordinate the appointment. The only option he provided was for to take up more of my time to bring it in and have them remove it. Just a total awful “business” to deal with. Nightmare. Late addition: Just had the windows redone and not only did the new tint job laugh at Redline’s installation, they also had other customers come there way for the same issues either them! Moreover, my front door windows were illegal at 20% tint, not the 35% I requested. Don’t give these arrogant kids your money!!

The crew at Redline were easy to work and communicate with. The did an amazing job on my work SUV. The quality of their work and attention to detail made the process timely and enjoyable. I look forward to having them take care of all my vehicles at Pinnacle Protection Group. Thanks again guys !!!
