REH CPA, PLLC

Worst business decision I have ever made for my company in ten years since opening my business. They were very good at creating a false sense of trust through sugar coating everything in their sales/ customer service tactic language, but no follow through with care and integrity. I fully communicated my needs for my account before signing contract , after paying a lot of money , they said they I would need to pay more money for the services I was promised. My book clean up took four months to complete , and still found errors that were left undone. This is unbelievable amount of time since I have managed my books with positive feedback from accountant for many years. This will cause large interest fees on our business taxes. I didn’t receive my monthly bookkeeping services for four months even though I was paying for it. This was an extremingly stressful time for me as I knew my books were not being managed or overlooked in any way. Which is a very long time to pay for this $400 monthly service with having no eye on your books. My numbers were unusally low and would have no explanation or information to why. My books were reconciled after 4 months after book clean up. Seems they take on as many clients as possible for profit, which would be my only my assumption for the lack of attention to detail and care to my account. I had two rents checks that went to my landlord and I can confidently say this wouldn’t have been noticed if my landlord didn’t say something because they didn’t pay close attention to what my store and account was actually doing just checking the boxes of reconciliation . Many errors were found and not fixed even after addressing them. After all this said and done, co-founder of the company denied the exit meeting I was promised to understand the new system they placed in my books and finalize errors that took place during my time there. This meeting was important because they created a new system in my books that I do not understand, I had been using a different system for managing my books the last 10 years and now leaving with more stress in my books than before. I highly do not suggest this company due to lack of integrity.

Ray and Brett were exceptional—knowledgeable, clear, and proactive throughout the entire process. They answered every question thoroughly and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. If you want competent, trustworthy financial guidance, this is the team.

Set up an appointment 2 weeks in advance, they called one time 5 minutes late from the appointment time. When I called back a minute later I got no response tried calling again three times no response. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND unless of course you like having your time wasted waiting on incompetent people who can't even answer the phone for what was a scheduled consultation. Pathetic service considering I got none Good thing AI is going to take over these jobs and we don't have to deal with people like this. Edit: 🤦🏼I did leave a message *Matthew
