Rise Cafe

First time ordering from here. I love how cozy the place is and it feels very homey. It had a warm vibe and they serve breakfast and lunch all morning until 3PM. They have 2 entrances and parking is ample and easily accessible. Good prices too for the serving portions! I personally did not enjoy most of the breakfast. I do like to order take out as a means to try a place first to see how the food quality holds up and it just didn't. Hashbrowns are great but not crispy, turkey bacon had good flavor but was not crispy, wheat toast did not taste or feel like it had been toasted properly, my eggs were not scrambled nor had monterrey cheese in them and they were very chewy. I also did not like the taste of the pancakes. They tasted like cake batter and had an aftertaste i did not enjoy. I would like to give this place a second chance by sitting down inside and enjoying it fresh. I like to support my local businesses so I would also like to bring my family in and try things on a later day. Based off of other recent reviews I do see a lack of consistency when it comes to take out orders and things not being cooked as requested.

Food was excellent. The only thing that I would knock was the biscuit and gravy was not what I was expecting. I was thinking it was going to be a sausage gravy, but it was a plain white gravy. But the biscuit was delicious.Had a great taste just wasn't a huge fan of the white gravy. The chicken and waffles was spectacular. Just a hint of spice it could have been more but I get other people's flavor profiles may not like that. But the chicken tenders in the waffle, awesome and I got mine.The epic way, which included some shaved parmesan with an over easy egg. Our server was Sara, such a wonderful soul, extremely courteus. From a top 10% reviewer in the world, great job Sara, we'll be back!

Enjoyed the Chicken Red Velvet Waffle and the Junkyard dishes. You may want to ask for light on the jalapeños unless you like the Junkyard dish very spicy. Wait staff are awesome especially the manager. Christian atmosphere which is most comforting!

Exceptional service and absolutely delicious food!!! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. We loved the Daily scriptures on the board. The music was all of our favorite inspirational songs. Loved it all and we will definitely be back soon!

My husband and I went on a date day and he brought me here. It was a small cafe, but it was very cute and we didn’t have to wait. Heather was a great waitress, ensuring we had everything we needed and made the best espresso. The food was great and we were able to watch NFL highlights. The atmosphere was great and I definitely will be returning very soon!
