Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

The owners and staff are very friendly and the store is well kept and clean. I loved the drawings up on the wall by children that visit. It gives a nice family touch. Would highly recommend the 5 layered Gelati with mango and blue raspberry with vanilla custard. Absolutely delicious!

I LOVED getting Rita’s when I was a kid and was SO sad when the old location closed because I’ve never found anything to replicate the frozen custard. I’m very happy that we have a new location now and I like to stop by once in a while after a super long day of work as a small reward for myself. Thanks Rita’s! :)

Never returning ! My daughter ordered a large by mistake I asked could I get a small and they refund the difference. The guy told me he can’t he doesn’t know how??? Okay whatever! I said just give me a small cup it was for my toddler literally didn’t need a large. I get not even two seconds to the car and it’s a piece of hair right on top blended in the custard! let’s just say I was denied a refund and got a small just for it to have a hair! Threw it out ! First and LAST time. Had I not been in a rush to a family event I would’ve pushed for a refund at that point t because that’s nasty ! Check your cups people!!

My first time being there, and I was not disappointed. Great staff, polite and courteous. My 5 layer gelati was outstanding. So many combinations to choose from. Will definitely be going back.

Great spot in Mooresville for a sweet treat. Super clean and friendly staff. The lady from England behind the counter was really nice and was an amazing mixologist. She suggested a cheesecake custard with strawberry toppings! We will be going back !
