We had a great experience with Alex and his company...from the start he was very professional, very well prepared and answered all of our questions. As we had never had a roof replaced is was a pretty simple process...Alex takes you through all of the steps including measurements, materials, what is and not covered, etc...
His team showed up 10+ strong and completed the job in 1 1/2 days...the new roof looks great and they did a great job of protecting the property as well as with clean up...
I would HIGHLY recommend Alex and his company for any projects whether its a new roof or any services he offers...great communication and follow up from start to finish

One of the owners came out and inspected Ridgecap after wind damage, explained everything in detail. Reasonable quote, work was accomplished in 2 days. Very knowledgable and friendly. Job well done. I would highly recommend them.

Alex and team were amazing to work with. The detailed quote he provided and thorough explanations of all of the available roof replacement options was really reassuring to us as we had not completed a roof replacement before. His pricing is transparent and far more affordable than what we were quoted by the “big guys” for the same work and materials.
Alex kept us informed of the material delivery and his team did a great job leaving our property spotless once the job was done. Our new roof looks amazing and we cannot recommend RoofPros enough!
