My husband and I were fortune enough to have Jamie as our realtor, from ROOST Real Estate. We were looking for a home in the Lake Norman area and we are not local. Finding a home took a lot of communication and flexibility, both of which Jamie went above and beyond. He answered any questions we had, which were plenty. He was exceptionally thorough and made sure every issue, question, etc, was addressed. He arranged everything that needed to be taken care of for us, making the whole home buying experience much less stressful. We recommend Jamie so highly, he will not disappoint!

Jamie is a fantastic realtor and an absolute joy to work with! He did a great job listening to what my husband and I were looking for and helped us narrow down our search. He was patient as we went from house to house feeling "meh" and then helped us strategize an offer to seal the deal on the house of our dreams a few weeks later! He even took commemorative photos for us at closing :) We had a wonderful experience with him and are looking to use him to now sell our old house. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, considerate, and helpful every step of the way, Jamie is your guy!

Jamie is a great guy, he’s super hardworking and above all else, extremely trustworthy. When we initially met Jamie, we were very impressed by how prepared he was by bringing extensive market research and tons of great insights about the local market to our initial consult. In a tough market and not having the easiest home to sell, he got it done! Jamie’s fluid communication, trustworthiness and honesty were the only things that comforted my wife and I during a very stressful time where our home was having a hard time selling. I highly recommend Kim Butler of Roost RE. While living out of state, we tortured her for over a year during our search for the perfect home on Lake Norman! She was extremely patient, very knowledgeable and always willing to do whatever was needed in researching available homes for us. With her assistance and guidance, we were able to buy a house in the area we wanted with a pool and all the "must haves" that we identified in the price range we targeted.
