My husband and I were fortune enough to have Jamie as our realtor, from ROOST Real Estate. We were looking for a home in the Lake Norman area and we are not local. Finding a home took a lot of communication and flexibility, both of which Jamie went above and beyond. He answered any questions we had, which were plenty. He was exceptionally thorough and made sure every issue, question, etc, was addressed. He arranged everything that needed to be taken care of for us, making the whole home buying experience much less stressful. We recommend Jamie so highly, he will not disappoint!

Jamie is a fantastic realtor and an absolute joy to work with! He did a great job listening to what my husband and I were looking for and helped us narrow down our search. He was patient as we went from house to house feeling "meh" and then helped us strategize an offer to seal the deal on the house of our dreams a few weeks later! He even took commemorative photos for us at closing :) We had a wonderful experience with him and are looking to use him to now sell our old house.
