Scooter's Coffee

After seeing the reviews, I’m completely shocked to see anything less than phenomenal service. I want to touch base on that first because every person that works here front and back of store are actually so beyond kind. They are making back-to-back drinks. I’m sure it’s stressful at some points, I think something the people lack in this world are probably a little bit of patience! This place is my absolute favorite place to go to! I have been coming here almost one full year! I do not go to any other coffee shops or large businesses, we have been loyal Scooters customers since moving into town! My favorite recommendation is the peanut butter crunch blender! Absolutely delicious. I am SO sad to learn we will not have a location local to where we are moving to next. Yall get some blenders for me!

I've given this place a try a few times and while our drinks are generally ok the service has been pretty poor at times. Today was one of those times. My little one wanted a sparkling soda from Scooters. When the lady came on the intercom she sounded very bored and like I was bothering her. I asked for the sparkling soda and she asked which flavor, great question. There are flavors listed a few places on the board but I wasn't sure which ones went with the sodas. I asked her if it was the list that contained strawberry and pomegranate, etc and she said no, those are for the red bull infusions. So I asked her where I should look. She just kept saying, "at the bottom", but those looked like coffee flavors. I apologized and I expressed that I was confused and asked her to tell me the flavors or give me a better idea of where to look. She wouldn't, she just kept directing me "to the bottom". Mind you, no one else was in line other than us so I wasn't holding anything up. Finally, the lady says win exasperation, "strawberry, pomegranate, etc" just like I'd asked earlier. I just said, yes, fine, do that because I was ready to leave. I was planning on ordering a coffee for myself and one to take to my daughter as well but after all of that I wasn't interested in ordering from here anymore. When I got the drink, I passed it back to my son and as we drove away he told me it didn't taste good. I tried it and realized it was mostly just the carbonated water with the tiniest dash of flavor, you couldn't even taste it. Anyway, that drink is going down the drain and we won't be back. There are really great coffee places in the area I'll be visiting instead.

Only pros for our first visit. We have a large family so when we pull up and start ordering, the staff and food will be tested. We ordered 15 items. All the drinks were good. The best food item on the menu has to be waffle breakfast sandwich. I do wish they had better options for low carb/low sugar other than just plain coffee. The sugar content is insane in these drinks. So to be able to keep the carbs below 5, there's not really an option. The packaging and stickers on the drinks are extremely cute. For first day, the staff were friendly and order was right. I'm glad Denver is expanding their options for food and drinks.

4.75 stars. First time stopping by any Scooter's location, and I was not disappointed. Server was pleasant both over the drive through speaker, and at the window. I got the turtle latte with an extra espresso shot, and unlike a lot of places, I could actually tell that there was indeed an extra espresso shot in there. I will definitely keep Scooter's on my coffee fix list.

One of my favorite coffee places. I recommend the sparkling sodas specifically the coconut and the vanilla and all of their cold brews are amazing if you have little children the mini donuts are like a dollar and it’s a great option there pretzel bun sliders are also amazing and they’re very friendly.
