ServiCraft, LLC Mobile PWC repair

I called Servicraft in a crunch the week of July 4th for service on the water. They scheduled me quickly, arrived on time, and diagnosed the issue right away. The repair was fast and done right, with clear communication and no upselling. Thanks to them, we were back on the water for the holiday. I highly recommend Servicraft. Truly a great team!

Can't say enough goodness about the experience! Owner operated, Aaron and Kenneth bring their floating “shop” to you with their mobile marine service. I bought a PWC this past spring and keep it on a PWC port in my slip. I do not have a hitch or trailer and I wanted to get it winterized ASAP. I did a quick google search and came across ServiCraft LKN. I called them on a Monday, spoke with Aaron and they were here the very next morning!!! They did a full winterization on-site and installed some OEM bumpers that I had bought previously. Not only are these guys tenured industry experts in marine maintenance and repair, but they are honest, friendly, straightforward and very competitively priced especially taking into account that they bring the shop to you. In my case, they saved me significant $$$ from having to buy a hitch and trailer which I would have only used to take the PWC off water for service anyway. Can’t say enough good things about my experience and highly encourage other PWC owners to check these guys out when needing service. You can’t beat the convenience and I don’t think you are going to find more honest and competent service anywhere else. Pretty much a no brainer IMHO.

This is the second time I’ve used these guys and they are great. Easy to interact with, and very knowledgeable. They know what they are doing. I bought a 2011 Seadoo that had spent most of its life on salt water and had corrosion issues. These guys tore everything apart and diagnosed and cleaned and fixed all of the electrical corrosion issues. They replaced my starter relay and I was back on the water. I will definitely always bring my seadoo to them for any repairs. They are reasonably priced and usually have a quick turn around. I would definitely recommend these guys over any high dollar dealer in the area that may not fix the issue on the first time.

We just had Aaron and Kenneth fix our sea-doo ski. They came by water and took care of everything in less than 30 minutes. It was a bad battery and they put in a new one and then did a test drive to make sure everything is good. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to fix anything you need done. They are both seasoned mechanics and know what they are doing. Honest, reliable and fair. Tell anyone that needs help about them!!!

(1st Review Posted in 2021) Aaron and Kenneth did a fantastic job today working on my Bass Boat! Set an appointment yesterday and they sent me a text they were on the way to my slip. They not only showed up a few minutes early today but also took some extra time to check off a few minor maintenance items all at a fair price. I highly recommend supporting local small businesses, especially LKN Servicraft for PWC and Boat repairs/maintenance. Update 7/21/2022 - I took my 2014 Nitro Z-7 to ServiCraft for a tune up this week. As usual, Kenneth and Aaron did a fantastic job! They completed a full outboard service and came in under budget and ahead of schedule. I want to support local small businesses as much as I can and do not hesitate to recommend them, they are a great example of how to run a business.
