So recently my husband and I had a flood in our home. We had put our claim into the insurance and the referred us to Serv Pro. I can not recommend them enough. Every team member we worked with was wonderful. Sarah was our project supervisor and she was so communicative and her scheduling was top notch! We had Angel and Alex who did our mitigation. Super polite and professional. Randy who was able to remove all flooring and drywall. Very sweet and hardworker. Then we had Rodrigo and Flavio and Mateus come out to come do all the reconstruction. They put in long hours and our home looks wonderful! We then had Collin come out to make sure all aspects of the project were going well. Great job to all of you! I will highly highly recommend them to anyone going through a hard time with their home from accidental causes.

I had water in my basement. The crew arrived promptly on a Saturday evening and went right to work assessing my situation. They were efficient, professional and kind each and every visit during the next week. I was kept informed about what they were doing, the progress being made and what I should expect. I am pleased with the results. My basement is dry.

The water line going into the back of our refrigerator leaked damaging all the surrounding flooring and baseboards. Angel and David with their crews removed all the damage and dried it all out. They were very professional, friendly and respectful and kept me informed along the way. I was able to trust them in my house and would definitely use again.

From my initial call, speaking with Carla, thru the entire dry-out process, I've been very impressed by SERVPRO of Iredell. Their crew and fully equipped trucks arrived within 24 hrs of my non-911 call. Randy (rock star employee!) was quick, yet careful, to expose the water behind the wall and under the tile, while Jonathan (Sr Restoration Sup) meticulously measured, marked, then cut out the wall. Matt (Restoration Mgr) was ever-present and had his eagle eyes on every move that was made, ensuring that cleanup was 100% and dryers and dehumidifiers were in place. He called my insurance adjuster while on-site and was able to get instant approval to proceed. Bret is the details man, and he checks everything twice. His state of the art 3D camera setup does a video, room measurements, and photographs 360° in seconds. VERY IMPRESSIVE. This team is very professional, responsive, and responsible. Text, phone and email communication is spot-on. We'll be utilizing their renovation services as well and look forward to being equally satisfied.

A utility sink in the upstairs laundry room overflowed, going through the floor and ceiling below and pouring into the downstairs bathroom. It flowed from there into the kitchen and living area of downstairs, soaking flooring and carpet. Servpros David Gordon and his co-worker JJ made our first experience with Servpro very easy.
