Good plants, but pretty terrible customer service. I placed an online order for afternoon pickup several days later. The confirmation email said I would get an email when my order was ready. I had gotten no email by mid-afternoon, so I called the store. Whoever picked up immediately asked to put me on hold, and left me on hold for five minutes. After five minutes, the system automatically rang again, and again, someone picked up, told me to wait on hold, and left me sitting for five more minutes until the system ended the call. So I decided to just drive there and hope for the best. When I got there I said I was picking up my order, and the cashier called someone on the radio and vaguely indicated I should stand out front. After standing there for a good while being completely ignored, I flagged an employee down and he took me back and helped me find the plants I had ordered.

Had a delivery of rock (4,000 lbs) that was supposed to be dumped on the driveway. This was communicated clearly with Oscar when I made the order and again when speaking to him over the phone 20 minutes before the delivery and they dumped them in the middle of the street. It’s a hazard, I have to haul it twice as far now, and I live in an HOA and will likely be fined. First, and last time doing business with SiteOne.

Angela on the rock side of things was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Her service was outstanding. Today our delivery driver Brian was spectacular he was very particular and careful where he placed the rock and so friendly.
