I just love all the ladies here! They are so kind, helpful and funny. I started coming here 5 years ago for Botox and Dysport. Most recently I started my weight loss journey on a GLP 1 with them and I couldn’t be happier. They genuinely help you lose weight. They help you with diet, exercise, medication. Compared to other places they are very thorough and take my vitals and labs. I feel very safe. Not to mention I have lost 25 pounds!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Skinsationals in Denver, NC is my new favorite go to Med Spa to have Anything done to my face. I had Dysport in my forehead, globular lines and around my eyes. I also had some filler put in some fine lines around my mouth. Sabrina is Excellent! From the time I walked into her exam room she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. She asked me exactly what my goals were and listened to all my questions and concerns and answered all of them. She did not rush me through the consultation and took “before” pictures then had me make different expressions so she could see and mark every area she was going to inject. She has an excellent technique and I did not feel the needle At All! No bruising whatsoever, as I have had happen at other high end spa’s and even when done by a plastic surgeon!! I couldn’t be happier with my appearance now! No complications whatsoever! I highly recommend Sabrina for any procedure offered by Skinsationals! You will be extremely happy with the outcome! Also, the owner, Joanna Weber, talked to me via FaceTime and explained the different types of Botulin injections to help me make the right choice for me. I thought that was an extra special part of the care you receive at Skinsationals. They want their clients to be informed and happy with their choice. Best Aesthetics all around!! I’ve been a client of Skinsational Med Salon in Denver, NC for several years and have spent thousands of dollars on services, so I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. I attempted to book Botox, which is still listed on their website as a service. I am now told they NO LONGER OFFER BOTOX and only provide Dysport. This is deceptive advertising and a textbook "bait and switch", as I made my appointment based on the services advertised. The BOTOX brand has VERY strict rules that you can not Advertise BOTOX, when you are only offering competitive services! I was charged a $75 no-show fee despite calling the morning of my appointment. While I understand there is a 24-hour cancellation policy, most businesses make reasonable exceptions, especially given my history as a client. When I tried to address both the fee and the service confusion, the situation was not handled with flexibility or customer care. This experience has changed my view of the practice, and not only will be taking my business elsewhere, I will let everyone in the LKN Trilogy Resort community know that they are not recommended. We have a voice here.
