Solar Nails Spa

I’m going to start off by giving the good parts. The front desk staff was very helpful and sweet, and they were very flexible in scheduling and rescheduling me. The salon is in a good location and it was very nice and clean inside and the pedicure chairs were super comfortable. The technicians that helped me were nice enough, but I do feel they were a bit annoyed by my disability/mobility limitations during my services. And from there, it was one thing after another that put me off from ever coming back to this place. First, the tools they used on both my pedicure and acrylic that were not obviously sterilized like most salons, and the nail clippers that Emily used on my fingers were straight up dirty. She was then sizing me for acrylic tips, and dropped one on the floor, to which I later realized she ended up using on one of my fingers without cleaning it. I showed her several pictures of the style of nail and design I wanted, and she ended up cutting them way shorter and not the same shape. She did a good job on the design, but that was only after I had to stop her after she first started and she erased what she had already done so that she could give me what I had asked for. Overall, the acrylic job itself was very sloppily done, very thick lots of space left at the nail base, and uneven/bumpy. It looks pretty bad and is going to force me to get them redone pretty quickly. The pictures I’ve included are from less than an hour after I got them done. Lena did my pedicure and she was nice enough even though there was a language barrier. The pedicure was nice, but left some things to be desired. The massage and scrub portion was not very long or thorough. The nail polish job is kind of splotchy and uneven. And I had added a paraffin wax treatment, which apparently is just them stuffing your feet in a grocery store produce bag with barely enough wax to cover my toes. I’m from out of town so I feel like they maybe just knew that I wasn’t going to be a repeat customer and they didn’t really care about the level of service. Either that or I just had a wildly different experience from the rest of the reviewers here. All in all, it was extremely disappointing, and I don’t normally like to leave negative reviews, but I just feel there was too many problems to let go here.

Came here for my first time for an acrylic set chrome gel with Emily who was very detailed, professional and I got the Deluxe pedicure with Laurie who was amazing! Best massage and did a great job with detail. One of the better pedicures I’ve had and will definitely make this my new spot!

I am 100% convinced that there is no one around who does nails as well as Molly. I’ve been going to her consistently since July 2024 and my nails have never looked better or lasted as long as they do now. She kills it EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I always feel prioritized when making an appointment, she is incredible at her craft, her customer service is superior and if she ever leaves, I might have a melt down. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Once you book once, you’ll never want anyone else to touch your hands or feet.

Win is AMAZING‼️ He provided everything I asked for and fast Nd precised. I will be returning for my next full set. Thank you again for helping me make my cruise amazing.

Donna did a good job. She was a lovely woman, very nice and friendly, enjoyed my experience with her. They're a little thick and not the exact shape I wanted. She knicked me a couple times so i was bleeding and my cuticles kinda hurt still. But they're pretty and im getting alot of compliments.
