Southlake Psychiatry

I’ve been seeing Lexi at Southlake Psychiatry for the past four years, and she has been such an important part of my mental health journey. She truly listens, collaborates with me, and makes me feel like we’re working as a team. I always feel heard, supported, and cared for at every appointment. When Lexi has been on leave, I’ve met with other providers in the practice, and every single one has been fantastic and insightful in their own way. It’s clear that the entire team is kind, compassionate, and deeply invested in their patients. I genuinely look forward to my appointments because I know I have their support. I’m so grateful to have found this practice.

Our first appointment with Southlake Psychiatry was great. We got an appointment quickly. The front desk lady was super nice and friendly. Jessica was very thorough and helpful. The only disclaimer is I did confirm the appointment, but still continued to receive “confirm your appt reminders.” Turns out, the appt hadn’t been officially confirmed (despite confirming it on the phone). So just fyi, if you’re getting that call/ text, give them a call back!

Lisa is an absolute,"God send!" Her knowledge, experience, and solutions, that lead her patients to a higher, happier, and more peaceful way of life, are amazing!!! She is full of compassion, empathy, and truly listens, and cares about her patients, and is the kind of Doctor, we all want, and, deserve, but, rarely come across. Her goal is to do everything she can to change our lives for the better, allowing us to be our best selves, and live our best lives!!! Thank you, Lisa, for how much you care, and how that care, turns into hope, healing, peace.

Ben is a great doctor and listens to everything you say or request. He truly loves his patients. However the front desk and management need help. Needed paperwork never gets sent, scripts are always like pulling teeth and any kind of communication from the front is minimal. Its always we will get that on the providers desk. I dont think it ever makes it there. Asked to speak to records department and clinic manager and guess what...we will get that message to them. It should never take a clinic 30 days to get medical records to anyone and if so....then hire more staff. We did not get approved for life insurance because they could not be bothered...cant imagine this new issue we have will be any different.

I have been going to Southlake for many years and been very happy there. I see Lisa Suddereth and she is wonderful to work with. She is so very nice and has helped me so much. I started going there when Dr. Fitzgerald was there. He was a pleasant doctor to work with but moved to be closer to his family. The only negative thing is they dont accept Medicare so I have to self pay. Other than that they are awesome. Thank you Lisa and staff for all you do for me. I love Southlake and will continue to go there.
