The staff is friendly and approachable which makes the experience smooth. Most importantly Staples is reliable. You can count on them to get things right the first time whether it is printing, supplies, or last minute needs.

I had a great experience with Cory (who’s now left Staples for bigger things) and Brandon for tech support! Both were amazing to work with! So much better than dealing with real Geeks at Best Buy!

Staples used to be efficient. Always got simple 1 page laminating done in 5 minutes. Now it’s “within the hour”. And the finished product is peppered with air bubbles.
