Great, genuine interactions. I opened my Investment Roth IRA today with Katie and David with no complications or complaints. They made it simple, easy, and we had some great conversation as we went along.

You guys need to learn to close people’s account when they ask you to do so. Holding your customer’s hostage because they don’t want to bank with you anymore is FRAUD. It’s time you guys get sued for your poor practices, harassment, and poor customer service. Also this is one of THE WORSE BRANCHES I had to call a manager to complain about how poorly the employees treat their customers and harass them 24/7. I’m not able to pay my car off early and was told I can only pay up to 3 months. Now I’m being told I cannot close my savings account because of my auto loan. I will be searching for a bank elsewhere and will NEVER bank with this TERRIBLE bank again. If you want to get scammed out of your money go to Wells Fargo or BOA

I have been a customer of SECU many years and have used this branch since it opened. The employees have been extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I noted the review below and wanted to share my experience. I observed all customers being asked the purpose of their visit (such as need teller services or need a loan officer), because I believe there may be maximums in the teller area and then perhaps in the different waiting area for a loan officer. This appeared to me to be related to current precautions. Thanks for the many years of service SECU!

This is the worst credit union I've have ever banked with. Each teller tells me something different. They make it extremely hard to pay your car payment, even if you are a member. I dont recommend this credit union. They are uneducated about how banking works and need their team to be all on 1 page to provide the correct information to their customers. Very disappointing.
