Easy launching and getting out. Long wait times and some people are so rude. I sold my boat because I got tired of the stupidity. The Lake Norman State Park is less people but the water gets rough. Be prepared or you’ll damage your boat here. Overall Stumpy Creek is a good place. Just pick times that are not busy.

Two ramps. Nice large parking lot with lots of parking spaces for boat trailers. Bathrooms are by the playing fields and quite a distance.

Checks all the boxes! Ramp was easily accessible. No complaints about the loading dock or parking. Payment processing could use modernizing, but the old fashioned honor system of stuffing cash in an envelope and dropping it in the slot, is somewhat charming.
