Amazing customer service. I brought my car in for a wrap and the specialist, Garrett, saw a bubble on the side window that they had tinted earlier and had it replaced at the same time. Very friendly and always responsive to any questions I had during the process. The tech who installed my wrap did a superb job. Called and spoke with Garrett who took care of me professionally and scheduled my Tundra for XPEL tint and PPF. Justin, the PPF installer, did an incredible job on the XPEL PPF and has really perfected his craft. Cameron, the ALL THINGS tint expert, is truly a wizard. My Tundra Pro now looks amazing! The entire experience at Suns-stoppers of Lake Norman was fantastic, and I highly recommend their services. This shop was awesome. I filled out the web form and got a text back almost immediately, the person who reached out was able to get me in early the next day and was upfront on the costs. Once in the shop, I was told 2 hours but they were done a half hour early with a truly amazing job done. Just to test, I was able to drive home with the climate control OFF, which I couldn't have done on the way there even though it was colder out before. Highly recommended and will be back to do the ceramic paint coating when I save up!

Love this place. They are fast and efficient. Customer service plus. They make the entire process very easy. And they are fairly priced for the quality of work you get.
