Superior Pools of Charlotte

Superior Pools recently completed a Gunnite pool with large travertine deck for me. After managing the permit and HOA processes, they dug the pool on December 4th. They made steady progress and completed the pool on February 6th. Brian Densieski was our project manager. He was frequently on site and always available by phone/text. Brian helped work through grading and drainage concerns. He also made a few suggestions to improve the layout of the pool. We appreciated the steady progress and easy access to the team throughout the project. Great work!

We recently had Superior Pools install a Fiberglass Pool. We highly recommend this company and our experience with them was fantastic. The owner, Peter Johnson, was excellent to work with and available for any questions. Brian Densieski, our project manager, was simply the best and very knowledgeable. Superior did a great job building my pool. They built it in 2017 and they did a fantastic job. They do high quality work. The stone work was beautifully done by hand and the attention to detail to the rest was excellent. Since owning the pool, I've had nearly no issues. The pump, heater, lights, all are working great today. One general comment about having a pool built is that given the pool size and equipment are equal, it comes down to price, experience and quality of the work and Superior checks all of the boxes. I would even go as far to say that all things being equal, the price across other companies will be pretty close to eachother, 10K +-, so you really just want to make sure that you go with a company who will do it right and then be around to support it when there are issues and in my experience with these guys, they are a good choice.

We purchased a pool from Superior, and the entire experience—from design to installation—was incredibly smooth. Their post-installation service has been excellent as well; they always respond quickly, often coming out the very next day. We've had a few expected issues, such as a light and a robot failing, but everything was promptly repaired or replaced under warranty. Highly recommend their services!
