They guided us expertly through every step of the process, making sure everything met our expectations and addressing any concerns promptly. Superior did a great job building my pool. They built it in 2017 and they did a fantastic job. They do high quality work. The stone work was beautifully done by hand and the attention to detail to the rest was excellent. Since owning the pool, I've had nearly no issues. The pump, heater, lights, all are working great today. One general comment about having a pool built is that given the pool size and equipment are equal, it comes down to price, experience and quality of the work and Superior checks all of the boxes. I would even go as far to say that all things being equal, the price across other companies will be pretty close to eachother, 10K +-, so you really just want to make sure that you go with a company who will do it right and then be around to support it when there are issues and in my experience with these guys, they are a good choice.

We purchased a pool from Superior, and the entire experience—from design to installation—was incredibly smooth. Their post-installation service has been excellent as well; they always respond quickly, often coming out the very next day. We've had a few expected issues, such as a light and a robot failing, but everything was promptly repaired or replaced under warranty. Highly recommend their services!

I waited to 2 years to post this because I wanted to see how the craftmanship held up from the time my pool was put in until now. I am pleased to say I couldn't be happier. My pool was installed Spring of 2023. Two years has passed and here is my overall assessment. The product has been flawless. From the decking, to the foundation, to the heater, to the water pump. Every single part to the install has held up perfectly. I recommend superior pools highly. PRICING: Probably in the middle of the pack, but as far as I am concerned you get what you pay for. You want a professional pool, then pay a professional to do it. Which is Superior Pools. John especially was excellent.
