Surf & Sport Lake Norman

Great place! We rented a tritoon for 2 days recently and they delivered the boat right to the dock of our rental home. Paperwork was all done online and was quick and easy. The boat was new/newer and in fantastic condition. The people were even better. Mike was awesome to deal with, went over everything we needed to know regarding the boat, checked-in with us during our rental and gave us some great tips on getting around the lake. Our experience could not have been better. Highly recommend!

Surf and Sport is extremely unprofessional and unorganized. Booked weeks before trip and no communication until day before. Asked me if all paper work was completed. It was not because no communication was made with me prior but regardless it got completed and worked with Mike to coordinate. One day before. Company delivered on their promise and had a great boat day. However, it has now been over one month and have not received the $500 refundable credit. Mike has not responded to any communication. Do not expect to hear from this company when booking. Extremely unprofessional of them to ignore their company's communication and withhold refundable money from their customers.

Had the extended family at the lake for a week of fun and the boat we rented from another company had engine issues. We called every rental company we could find with no luck until Surf and Sport was able to find us a boat to enjoy the lake. Mike, with Surf and Sport, dropped the boat off the next morning. The boat was perfect for the family and we got to enjoy the lake all week. Thank you Mike and Surf & Sport for saving our vacation!

This was the best experience! Mike is the best captain on the lake. It was so much better than if we would have gone out on our own. We had friends down visiting and they were blown away by how much they loved this. We were all able to relax and enjoy ourselves while he took care of everything. He knows the lake and where to go, provides suggestions but is totally flexible and let’s your group decide what you want to do. He has all the fun toys (wakeboards, tubes, floats, life vests, etc.). He is obviously an experienced and safe boat captain. I felt totally comfortable while the girls were tubing and trying out the wakeboard for the 1st time. He coached our daughter on how to do it and was so encouraging. She was able to get up and can’t wait to do it again. There is so much to say here, I don’t think I can even do it justice. I’ll leave it with Mike’s a great guy who will make you feel comfortable and provide a terrific lake experience!

This was such an amazing time on the lake. We did the 6 hour surf experience and we didn't want it to end. Mike was such a great instructor. Mike and Ian were great with the kids and made our first wake surfing experience a moment we will always remember. See you next summer!!!!! Thanks for an awesome time!!!!!
