Today, I visited Sweet Frog with my little girl, and I accidentally received the wrong coupon meant for her. Luckily, Manager Nicole kindly explained that the coupon was actually for a different frozen dessert spot. She reassured me not to worry and still accepted the coupon for my daughter, which truly made our day. I always enjoy coming to Sweet Frogz because they not only serve delicious frozen yogurts but also provide wonderful customer service. It’s such a lovely place to spend time together! 😊

I cannot say enough amazing things about Nicole at the Mooresville Sweet Frog! 🐸💖 From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with the biggest smile and the most welcoming energy — you can just TELL she loves what she does! 🌟
Here’s the moment that made her a forever favorite in our family: my nephew got a little adventurous and added an experimental topping to his froyo bowl 😅🥄 One bite in, his face said it all — total regret! 😂 Before I could even figure out what to do, Nicole swooped in like the froyo fairy godmother she is and offered to let him swap his bowl for a fresh one! 🧚♀️💫 No fuss, no judgment, just pure kindness. My nephew went from heartbroken to beaming in about 4 seconds flat. 🥹❤️

The store is so nice and organized and clean! Everything was filled and neat. Nicole was very nice from the moment I came in to me walking out! Great customer service is rare but she provided it! Will be a repeat customer from now on. 😊
