We live on Lake Wylie and we are thrilled with the work Sweetwater Marine completed for us this week. We needed a pile installed for our already-existing floating dock, and Thomas and team did a great job all-around: top notch craftsmanship; great communication; and competitive pricing. Thomas Wellens and his crew are not only good at what they do, they are genuinely great guys! They arrive when they say, work hard and are very professional. They even saved a birds nest and built a bird house out of extra wood! I highly recommend Sweetwater Marine Construction!

Over the past year, I researched dock builders in the Tega Cay, Lake Wylie area. During my research, what I came to know and learn in working with Thomas and Sweatwater Dock builders, was not only their knowledge, but more importantly their professionalism. Sweetwater Marine added on to an old dock by removing the floater and building a first class covered boat lift with walkways around it. I met with 3 other company’s before finding them and my patience was rewarded from beginning to end. From my first contact with Thomas on a Saturday night to designing, permitting, and construction, they were outstanding. Justin the project manager was a perfectionist and the quality shows it. They worked and salvaged a lot of my old dock that saved money as well. I would highly recommend these guys.
