Thomas and his team did a great job on the construction and installation of our new dock. Their turnkey approach was valuable including handing all regulatory and permitting requirements for the project, and removal of debris. They kept a clean work site, and worked efficiently throughout the process, meeting the timeline outlined in the beginning phases of work. We highly recommend Sweetwater Marine Construction.

Sweetwater built us a beautiful new dock replacing a 25+ years old dock in place when the house was purchased in 2021. The dock is incredibly sturdy and includes "halo" framing to add to structural stability and provide the option for a roof or shade cover in the future. The workmanship is first class with attention to the smallest details from the patterned manner in which deck screws were identically installed in each board to standard use of folding dock cleats. I obtained multiple quotes for the project and Sweetwater was certainly competitively priced. Thomas was responsive to my multiple inquiries and responded in writing in a detailed, clear manner. Everyone on site was pleasant, courteous, and very particular about the work product. The project started in the timeframe originally estimated and was completed faster than I expected. Thomas was very accommodating about adding dock furniture and a kayak launching system within the original project quote and in the disposing of the prior dock as well. We are very pleased with the final product and would wholeheartedly recommend Sweetwater to others.

We cannot say enough about the quality of work, the professionalism and the communication throughout the entire process. Top notch! Thomas and his crew demolished our old dock in 2025 and completely rebuilt it. Then most recently, this year, we had them come back and demolish the pier and rebuild it. Thomas never waivered from his word on anything. If you are in the market for this service and you want someone HONEST...call them, plus, their prices are very competitive. Both projects were completed as promised and on time. That's hard to find these days!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! (Newly constructed dock in photos, but the rebuilt pier is not in the photos.)
