About T.W. Ammons Septic Service, Inc..

W. Ammons Septic Service, Inc. is a family owned and operated business that was started over 31 years ago in 1986 by Tim Ammons. Over the years his sons Zeke, Aaron, and Josh have helped run the business along with Kim, Tim’s wife, helping with accounting and payroll, and Elijah, his nephew being our go-to Terra-lift operator.

We are a company with over half a century of experience in the septic industry. Focusing heavily on repair and maintenance, we are also licensed by the state to install type 1, 2, 3, and 4 septic systems. And are licensed to inspect and maintain any septic system.

We had TW Ammons out earlier this year to take care of a leach field leak issue. We paid them almost $3,000 for their service. We also had more of the same issues following their remedy. We called back numerous times to get them back out and they always stated they were busy and would get back out when they could. Fast forward to end of year when we call them again, which they do not recall us ever calling. (poor communication between son and dad). Now they are insistent that is is our fault. Very poor customer service! They DO NOT STAND BEHING THEIR WORK!

Great company that stands by their work. I had a new septic pump installed after our old pump finally gave in after 8 years. 2 months later the pump stopped working. I called Tim and he came out and determined that the new float switch had malfunctioned. He replaced the float switch with a new one and septic tank pump started working again. He covered this under warranty and did not charge anything extra. Highly experienced company and they do stand by their products and the work they do for their customers. Highly recommend, five stars all the way.

I waited 8 months to post a review, just to see if their Teralift procedure seems to be effective, and can tell you we are very happy with the results. So far, we have not had any issues with our leach field. Also, I had acquired quotes from others for traditional repairs and they were estimated anywhere from $4500 on up, and Tim Ammons and team solved our problem for a considerable amount less; literally saved us a few hundred dollars. Very nice and easy to work with. Very prompt on the timetable he set for us. I have no reservations about recommending Tim Ammons and team, and hope you have as good of an experience as I did.

We have used TW Ammons in years past to Terralift our drain field, which was very helpful. Now we had a problem with our Septic pump, which was continually running. Tim and his son came out diagnosed the problem, explained his recommendation, and fixed it same day! He answered all my questions, and thoroughly explained how the new control box and other components worked. After I paid and he left, he realized he over charged me and texted to let me know, and put a check in the mail! What great customer service all the way around! I would not hesitate to use them again!
