Tim Whelan and his team are amazing. They do great work and communicate well throughout the entire process. Tim is particular to the benefit of the homeowner. He notices everything and manages a very challenging process riddled with supply chain issues and employee shortages. Somehow, Tim gets it done...and done very well. We have been beyond pleased with T Whelan Homes!!! The only thing Tim cannot control is the weather; but he has been trying. Fortunately, he can juggle the crazy competing demands of the home building process well. Tim has become a great friend in this process.

This is our second build with Tim and I can not sing his praises enough! His is absolutely meticulous in his attention to detail! He is the ultimate professional and genuinely wants to see his clients dreams come to fruition. Tim has made, what I thought would be a daunting process, enjoyable and exciting! I am beyond grateful!

Tim and his tradesmen are the best I’ve seen! I’ve been in plumbing all my life and worked with some characters that called themselves GC’s, Tim can definitely call himself a GC. We’ve built one house with Tim and his crews and are now building our second. The attention to detail, professionalism and positive attitude have made these builds enjoyable and a pleasure.
